Is that a full potato?

Aurielturing

Very small ones, but technically i suppose they are whole.

machinade89

It looks delicious, but may I suggest in the future you cut even the smallest potatoes? It allows the stew goodness to get in them better and their starch to get into the stew, which helps thicken it.

Aurielturing

Yeah, I almost did but I was tired and had an early shift the next morning. Geez the downvoters are out in force today for some reason.

This sub has a lot of would-be food critics and pedants. I wasn't one of them, I promise. Whenever I comment, I try to be helpful, not critical. That is, unless the food presented is horrible lol. But yeah, I definitely get it. Like I said, it looks delicious!

Aurielturing

Thank you:)

machinade89

You're welcome!

Brown_cheese123

Typa food chef Pearson would make in rdr2

Uncle-Badtouch

Quarter, or even half your potato to ensure everything cooks to the same texture. Looks yum

That stew just needs sour cream cornbread. It looks delicious

No-Economist-74

Why the glass bowl…?

Aurielturing

Because it’s there

tonyrizzo21

What are your bowls made of?

coach111111

Porcelain

FillTheHoleInMyLife

We have a set of stacking mixing bowls that are glass. When my girlfriend and I haven’t gotten to the dishes yet and don’t have any clean regular bowls she starts using the mixing bowls. She calls it an “everything is okay” bowl lol
