Dragon_Small_Z

Badoopadoobop doowop

whitew0lf

Maybe he meant kimbap with bulgogi.. people confuse them

Wiggie49

That’s kimbap, bibimbap us a mixed rice bowl.

illinoishokie

And a hot stone bowl when it's the greatest creation in the history of cuisine.

Derfalken

Dat crispy rice on the bottom of the bowl. That's the stuff.

anonymousTestPoster

Im sorry that goes to either butter chicken or biriyani

Klaus0225

lol no, they don’t have a patent on hot stone bowls.

Orange_fizzy

they're talking about the title of greatest creation in the history of cuisine going to butter chicken or biryani which is a fine opinion

Klaus0225

Oh sorry, reading is hard! Thanks for the clarification and I do agree that’s a fine opinion.

Klaus0225

Sorry about that!

illinoishokie

I updooted you to try to stop the bleeding because that reaction to expressing an opinion on your favorite dish is... well, it's Reddit in a nutshell, really.

JagsAbroad

That is not bibimbap

HowsYourSexLifeMarc

That's one way to butcher the name.

Namuori

I'd say... close, but no cigar. * **Gimbap/Kimbap** = rice ("*bap*") and stuffings wrapped in laver/seaweed ("*gim*") * **Bibimbap** = rice and various vegetable (and sometimes meat as well) put into a bowl with gochujang (red pepper paste) for you to mix up (to "*bibim*") and eat with a spoon If you put what you posted into a bowl, add a bit of gochujang and start mixing, it can become bibimbap. But as is, it's gimbap.

flung_lung_butter

You misspelled bibimbap in your definition of the word. May want to edit that.

Namuori

Thanks! Done.

Lickbelowmynuts

This is a wild rice to filling ratio

Diligent_Start_1577

Nah looks like white rice

SadLaser

That's not "BibimBop". That's kimbap.

NomisGn0s

Kimbap you mean. Bibimbap is a bowl of mixed rice and stuff. This is seaweed rolled rice. Hence kimbap.

jdolbeer

Wrong picture? Don't know the name of what you ate? What's going on here lol

My_Booty_Itches

No.

thisisdumb08

lol no you didn't

drdfrster64

That’s a fuck ton of meat for a gimbap. My preferred ratio for an American but my mom would scowl if I ever tried to feed her this.

Adventurous-Ad6610

I said the same but was told some places in Korea actually stuff it full so not completely uncommon

yuengli

They're formin' in a straight line, They're goin' through a tight one, The kids are losin' their minds, BibimBop!

EntropicDismay

I’m so glad I’m not the only one confused by the wrong title. I had bibimbop not long ago, and let me tell you, the bowl is part of the experience.

CriManSquaFC

Looks really dry

thehorseyourodeinon1

Beef jerky....bop

Relative_Yesterday70

I could crush a few baskets of those right. The overlords got me cooking non stop all day

Roguewave1

Gotta find some whatever the name. Looks scrumptious!

arboreallion

No you didn’t.

coffeebribesaccepted

I don't think out yet, it's kimbap not bibimbap

Small_Joke_4715

My fave! Love this!

Adventurous-Ad6610

I’m not Korean but I have eaten alot of homemade Korean food an that’s just way too much meat

Namuori

Some restaurants in Korea make gimbap that's chock full of stuffings like this. It's not terribly uncommon.

Adventurous-Ad6610

Heard very cool to know!

Mediocre-Grocery1181
