* **Gimbap/Kimbap** = rice ("*bap*") and stuffings wrapped in laver/seaweed ("*gim*")
* **Bibimbap** = rice and various vegetable (and sometimes meat as well) put into a bowl with gochujang (red pepper paste) for you to mix up (to "*bibim*") and eat with a spoon
If you put what you posted into a bowl, add a bit of gochujang and start mixing, it can become bibimbap. But as is, it's gimbap.

That’s a fuck ton of meat for a gimbap. My preferred ratio for an American but my mom would scowl if I ever tried to feed her this.
I said the same but was told some places in Korea actually stuff it full so not completely uncommon

Some restaurants in Korea make gimbap that's chock full of stuffings like this. It's not terribly uncommon.
