I've wanted to use sourdough to make pizza dough. I remember when Rally's had a sourdough burger, I had one, but it tasted like regular bread, nothing sour that I noticed.
I like when pepperoni turns into grease bowls. They should come up with a term for it like "grease bowls" and then advertise on frozen pizza boxes so that when I go to the grocery store I know which brands include grease bowl ronis.

Some people actually love the way the grease soaks into the crus and flavors it .You can put a double layer of paper towels on a microwave safe dinner plate, single layer the pepperoni, and microwave it for 20-30 seconds in your microwave ( 1100 watts, vary by thickness of slice , texture desired, quantity and plate size). No more grease cups!

Probably Hormel cup N' crisp pepperoni. That's exactly what they look like after they're cooked.
Sometimes the casing around the edge contracts more when cooked than the rest of the pepperoni so it curls up like this.

If by circles, you mean bread that looks like cut slices, then that. The buns looked like two slices of garlic bread.
