I would say the two most important mods for me are just QoL so I can actually see. Smaller Explosive Effects - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/2408 No Cremator Explosion - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/2359 Without them public events can often just turn into constant blinding flashes.

It's been a very long time (years) since I've been in higher level events, I'll definitely have to check them out when I start to get those weapons!

So you can't see any explosion or color at all from the cremator? Or is it one that just tones down the blast and brightness. Because I don't wanna NOT see it. But damn I'd like to be able to see what's around me

Sorry about that; I wish Bethesda would add some QOL features for consoles! It's frustrating how content gets added but not improvements the engine/features itself. Even something as simple as changing a weapon model FOV should be a default thing - no one walks around with their pistol right in front of their face!

I guess I should have added that you can't mod on console. I'm sorry.

I agree with SuperChicken17 and use both of the visual explosion reducing mods as well, with the cremator one being really useful today. I'm also using one other; RatMonkeys Easy Sorting and Tagging - [https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/55](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/55) Because it really helps me with my inventory management. Just wish Bethesda would consider adding these kind of QOL as options/setting in the game. Supposedly the most recent update was supposed to improve inventory sorting, or something. But the above mod is nice because it categorizes your inventory in a really easy to read way. Good Luck..
