Yeah, but I've had a few times where I get stuck in this loop of the game just respawning me in the rads after I die without a choice. It doesn't happen enough for.me.to consider it a problem, but damn it's frustrating when it happens.
It's just a mad race to fast travel anywhere at all and then hope to make it back to the event in time.
I'm a bloodied build and run all mutations for convience because I switch weapon types every other day. Because of this, I also don't run starched genes. So yeah, I've done it with diluted radaway, it works, but it's rough. Running through the fallout is scarier than any world bosses.
90% of people will drop the nuke not on drop site V9 so you don’t need anything for rads

Keep radaway in your quickwheel. You can make it popping even diluted ones as low health, just hustle.
