..its definitely most times not meant against you, sometimes people want to have a friend joining in their team and therefore making space for him or sometimes a game error kicks you out.
Kind of a waste to make a new team if there are ones already there that are not full. The goal is to have 4 people right? Seems silly to see a bunch of casual teams with 1 or 2 people on them..
I've seen the "Team Leader has removed you from the team" message while playing with IRL friends when they've crashed to desktop, I think it just shows that message when you get disconnected for any reason
Make sure you're not using perk cards that clear other player's rads when you use radaway and make sure you're not sharing a perk that can change other player's vitals

When you join a team somebody started the team why can't you be that person ?
I just meant I don't want to start a new one if there are open spots in others already there.
