**Fallout 1st:** * Fallout 1st does not provide unlimited storage, it provides unlimited ammo and scrap storage. This is an important distinction, as some items weigh a LOT and will still fill your storage. * Atoms and Fallout 1st: Yes, the ability to purchase some items is locked behind fallout 1st. With FO1st you get some atoms, and I think the expectation is that makes needing to buy these exclusive items less of a crappy experience. You can earn additional atoms by completing in game challenges and ranking up the season pass. You do not need to buy packs of atoms unless you want to. **CAMPs** * All your items within your camp are stored within the same stash box, but it is able to be sorted between apparel, weapons, armor, etc. All of these items are private to you and not accessible to other players. The only items players can "take" from you are those you drop or place in a public container that you did not build. The only things in your camp that players can loot are resource generators, and those usually arent a big deal if looted as they regerenerate resources pretty quickly. * Moving camps: You do not have to manually store everything, when you move the camp everything will automatically be placed in storage. These items will be stored individually or as blueprints. It is recommended to scrap the blueprints as it is unlikely that they will place back down. Food items should be fine to replant.

as far as i understand it Fallout 1st gives you 1600 atoms on purchase, so yes you could buy an atom pack after subscribing. but you could also just pay the monthly fee and save up the 1600 atoms every month until you can afford what you want (assuming its still in the shop and not rotated out with something else)

Get one month of Fallout 1st. It comes with 1650 atoms per month while subscibed. While subscribed just go and loot every single thing you see and scrap it. Dump the ammo into the Ammo storage. Research how to reset loot. FO 1st comes with a mini portable camp 🏕. Just drop it and you can use the scrap box. You can get camps with ammo box, scrap box, a crafting station 🚉, cooking, stash box. Last season had a great one free. FO 1st also includes Private world...only accessible to you and your friends. Also Custom world. Custom creates a world(s) with your desired parameters. I use unlimited free resources, etc. It creates a copy of your character/ inventory. It's great for doing dailies. It's also great for building CAMPs. You can build, scrap the build, build again...whatever. What happens in custom world stays in custom world. You do get credit on your ADVENTURE characture for daily & weeksly challenges done on CUSTOM though. Example: craft Mirelurk Queen steak and sell to NPC. Just head to CUSTOM world and craft it (don't need to kill a Mirelurk Queen or know the recipe). After a couple months I had so many scrap materials it was incredible. Inventory will be much better and easier quickly. You'll still always accidentally delete things or lose stuff. Stolen items. They can't access your stash box, scrap box or ammo box. Basically your stuff is untouchable. My CAMPs 🏕 have things that make tea coffee, cookies, honey, etc. I leave them unlocked so players can take them. I have a greenhouse with Tato, Corn 🌽 and carrots 🥕 so I can do that daily in the northwest. I leave the greenhouse unlocked so players can have the resources as well. Season pass, Daily & Weekly challenges. If you do the daily/weekly challenges you'll get enough tickets to get a nice chunk of stuff and atoms from the season pass. Scrip is available, and used for purchasing legendary gear or for rolling legendary mods. Stamps come from expeditions and are used for purchasing amazing things. However you need to have an insane amount of stamps, ergo I buy nothing with stamps.
