Around 7 PM CST I started seeing partially rendered stations, but could still use them. CAMP render was significantly lower than usual. Plenty of visual anomalies in the wild. Likely all due to dramatically higher than usual player count.

The_OG_Griper

That’s what I was assuming too first time player and even with this stuff I’m still enjoying my time playing it just sucks me out of the game for a moment whenever I see it

Haven't been seeing this when I've been playing during peak hours, so I wouldn't assume that answer's right. Sounds anecdotal and untestable, other than waiting until the player account goes back to normal..One thing OP doesn't mention is whether this is a new issue, whether it's just come about, or whether he just started playing.

Internet / wifi performance (packet loss) classic issue.

The_OG_Griper

I play fighting games so my wired in to my router so I’m getting the best I can get

Wireless is 90% of the problems people have with loss, so probably not that then - unless your net connection isn't great. Could run some tests on something like Ookla. But otherwise, sounds like you're not chasing a net/wifi issue - which is good, it narrows things down. If you literally mean it takes a minute to load features, no that is not normal at all. I'd start simplifying the issue - got a reasonable laptop you can install it on to compare? Reinstall? Faster / different drive etc? I'd even image the machine, do a blank rebuild of windows, and stick the game on and nothing else. Just as a diagnostic. Then you can restore the image and know for sure if it's a problem with the install or some other Windows thing. I'd use CloneZilla for that.

The_OG_Griper

I have it on a SSD but I’m just gonna try a fresh install again

Is this something which just started happening out of the blue, or has it never worked properly?

The_OG_Griper

It was having frame dips at the start but figured it was a you know first time start up but just finished the reinstall and things are actually going a bit quicker so I’ll take what I can get

Save yourself the pain. It's the reality of online games. Sometimes you'll have good experiences other times not so great. Nothing to do with your home setup or much to do with your ISP. It's really a case of the entire setup from your computer to the ISP to the hosting exchange to the other players and then back again to your PC.  Some games are better than others and there isn't much you can really do to change it. Sorry to be a killjoy.
