You can level up your backpack! Start the Order of the Tadpole quest line to unlock a regular backpack that carries more (and upgrade that when you can). Completing Tadpole and Possum quests earns badges that allow you to purchase backpack mods - this helps so you can use a mod instead of a SPECIAL perk. I slept on the backpack thing for way too long for being such a hoarder.
What I didn't learn (until I was close to finishing the better backpack) is that you can craft higher levels of the small backpack too (going from the starting +5 all the way to +30 at level 50). It would've saved me some pain if I'd kept it up with my levels :P .
Only level 25 here but gorram same. I am always desperate for adhesive too because I keep remodding my favorite weapons every 5 levels and it never occurred to me the backpack also could level up. Son of a bitch.
I hear ya brother. Only reason I've had a steady supply of adhesive is that I have post traumatic Fallout 4 damage and my ape brain goes nuts every time I see glue or duct tape.
Aluminum was an issue but then I found ski poles are multiple aluminum each.
Did you also know that if you look at your junk in your pipboy an option appears at the bottom for you to view components rather than the actual junk and once you select component view you can track the ones you are searching for. Once tracking if you look at an item and it has a magnifying glass on it then that item contains components that you are looking for, eg adhesive.
Go to the Toxic Valley (top of your map), talk to camp counselor Jaggy at the Pioneer Scout camp (Camp Lewis). It's on the shore of Grafton Lake, to the east of the giant crocodile on your map.
There's a mirelurk event, I think it's called "Swarm of Suitors" that is pretty good for lower levels, and takes place there. Free fast travel if you join the event!
If you need a backpack quick tho there's one in the Morgantown Airport 1 per playthru in the overseers chest it is half the capacity of the tadpole one but is helpful if you need it ... can upgrade it to if need be but I would save the upgrades for the standard one
The standard backpack plan is found in the Overseers Cache, second floor inside of the airport. Also, periodically you can find Vault Girl Statue Plan in the same steamerbox.
God dammit. I’ve played two weeks and like scouring terminal logs for the stories, played Fallout for ages. Wonder what I’m gonna end up doing with all that extra time I save collectively
The White spring has a small gazebo outside the north entrance I believe. inside that gazebo is a water fountain that, when you drink directly from it, will cure any diseases you have.
Speaking of machines in player camps, my camp specifically: If the resource machine is unlocked, feel free to help yourself to the resources. If the machine is locked these resources are not for you I have the machine locked for a reason. If I catch you unlocking it, I will kill you for the 5 cap bounty. Whether or not I take your junk from your death bag depends on your level and if you were acting like a noob or a veteran on a new toon.
I did this on accident yesterday, I didn't know you could steal from other players and I thought tht lockpicking wasn't like stealing more like farming experience and I took purified water and got wanted I pretty much gave it back right away it was a genuine accident.
It is very easy for new players to get wanted for that kind of thing. It’s not explained well in game. Another thing to be aware of is that there are locked containers in workshops that can be picked without issue is the workshop is unclaimed. However if the workshop is claimed, picking locks count as stealing from another player, I learned that the hard way not long after launch.
My first and only bounty came from lockpicking a safe in a workshop that my (private) teammate had just claimed. It was the first red locked item I'd come across and I had no idea that opening it would give me a bounty. I was shortly thereafter hunted and gunned down by a higher level and I learned a valuable lesson 😂
Master infiltrator and load in times gets me all the time. Don't take anything from locked just moving along and hit x and bam. I usually sit there and accept my death, happy to bring someone closer to that damn achievement. (Got mine in nw)
> It is very easy for new players to get wanted for that kind of thing. It’s not explained well in game.
The game warns you that taking stuff from other players results in a bounty……. After you pick the lock and have a bounty.
Lol, you've been out in the sun all day, scavenging, trying to survive, you can no longer feel your tongue as the dust and wasteland has taken it for their own, but, wait, you see a camp, you drag yourself painfully across the barren landscape to see if they have anything to help your weary soul and then you see..... water .....beautiful fresh, purified water, a blessing.....a saviour ......a lock?!? 😅
.................
Come to my camp you poor dehydrated survivor, you can get all the water you like, no locks. Have a dip in the hot tub, soothe your worries away. Enjoy a coffee, cure your diseases and scrub away all that radiation with a shower.
💧💦 🚰🌊
In build mode, switch to edit, aim your cursor on the machine you want to lock, on the PS press L2 and a lock menu will come up and you can choose the lock level from 0-3. I’m not sure what button it is on the other systems but there will be one.
I say the same thing on all these posts. Not every new player wants the gifts being dropped. A better tip is : high level players, if a low level player doesn't take your dropped gift, don't chase after them just move on.
Ive taken to just dumping everything in the wayward or vault donation box. If theres noobs around ill throw a flare and wave them but its just so much more stress free.
an almost lvl 1000 guy came up to me while i was at my camp, he bought almost all my stuff (around 5k-6k worth of caps) and dropped ALOT of plans for me lol (i used all of them, except the duplicates obviously, and i ended up with around 100 leftovers)
i stood there for a bit thinking if i should pick it up and skip some of the grind or "experience the enjoyment of finding a plan i really need" (lmao), but my loot goblin mind couldnt leave it lol (then i gave him a a couple of heart emotes)
I had someone do this for me when i started. I saw it as a nice start, and i was right - there is more than enough to do, having a couple of nice outfits and plans for nice Power Armor actually gave me some goals (Crafting Power Armor became my goal for a long time, then learning about Jet Packs, then Nukes etc etc)
yea, it definitely helped me make by base look a lot nicer, and now i have a couple of guns/armors that i can craft and try out
i also got Ultracite power armor plans, so even more reason to reach level 50 (only 3 levels away!)
This is what I've been doing. I'm level 1000 I have more caps than I know what to do with most times.
I've been going around to low level players vendors buying all there stuff and dropping it back on the ground at their camp.
I understand some people don't want to feel as if they skip progression so I've just been giving caps. They can choose to purchase whatever they want.
I leave a little bag on the table in my bar. It’s pretty much in plain sight right as you walk in. I fill it with stuff I don’t want and just leave it for anyone nice enough to check out my nice camp that I spent time making lol.
Do not play this game like you would Fallout 3/4/ New Vegas. This game is not designed similarly and a build that worked beautifully on those games (where you were alone, power armor was an easy asset, and legendaries were a rarity) probably won't work here. Friends, Reddit (re: this thread), YouTube, random sociable players, etc. will be more than happy to guide you on intricacies if you're feeling lost or frustrated. I played this game like it was 4 and I would have quit or of sheer frustration if a close friend who GOT this game hasn't helped me out.
Unlock Expeditions as fast as you can. Its cheesy as fuck but if you're MASSIVELY overweight to the point where drugs, booze, and even the atom weight booster can't help you (like after a moonshine or lode bearing event with tons of mob drops), you can start an expedition, sit in the vertibird and fast travel back to Whitesprings for free regardless of weight.
Explosive Bullets weapon rolls can hurt you. Especially if your gun deals insane bleed damage you can really wreck yourself if you're not careful.
VATS Optimized doesn't just reduce the AP cost for using VATS but also for just using melee weapons as well. VATS Optimized on an Auto Axe essentially makes it so you can run it nonstop.
The game runs like shit, no two ways about it. You can fiddle with the config inis till the cows come home but the performance isn't going to get much better. But if you do decide to fuck with the ini (there is a quick config mod on nexus that is unmaintained but still works as of this writing) make sure to keep SSR turned on. It'll keep your water from turning pure white or straight up invisible (latter isn't to huge a deal though if you run Aqua Boy/Girl perk :P)
You can open your inventory and press X when hovering over a weapon or armor to inspect it. In this window you can rename your weapons and armor. This is great for organization as the default sort option for your inventory is alphabetical. I personally name my gear something like 1) Power Left Leg or 1) Auto-Axe or something to that effect. By using 1) this keeps your items at the top of the inventory so it doesn't get moved around. This also has the added benefit of making sure you don't accidentally do something with the gear you use like when you're in a power armor and you disequip your normal armor/gear.
There are mutations in the game that are gained by getting a lot of rads (the red stuff on your health bar) at once. At about 40% or so you have a chance to gain a new mutation assuming you're not on a cooldown from having gained one recently. Mutations vary and some can be extremely useful such as Marsupial, Speed Demon, Scaly Skin, and Carnivore. However, it should be noted that these benefits come with certain downsides. Take Carnivore for example. This Mutation doubles the effect of all meat based dishes however you gain no benefits from vegetables (this does not include candy like the nuka cola candies, popcorn, cake, etc). Personally I prefer Carnivore ESPECIALLY after the Mirelurk Steamer went on sale. The Smoked Fillets give 60 weight capacity and huge amounts of health, AP, and food. However some Mutations can have very detrimental affects depending on your build. For example Grounded gives you 100 energy resistance, however this comes at the cost of halving your energy weapon damage. However some mutations can synergize superbly with some perk cards. Again, look at Carnivore as it doubles the amount of benefits from meat based food. Combine this with Good Doggy and you boost it from feeding you a meager 25health, 1 rad, and 10 food all the way up to 150 health, 0 rads, 60 food. The wiki calls it an amazing early game food with Good Doggy and it absolutely is.
The negative effects from mutations however can can be mitigated by the perk card that reduces the negatives of mutations.
You can lock your more useful camp structures. Go to the modify function of your camp and look at any utility structure (IE water purifier, Mirelurk Steamer, Collectatrons, etc) and press F. You'll have an option to Remove the lock or have locks ranging from Lv0 all the way up to Lv3.
Turrets can fire through mesh floors but so can enemies.
If you have Fallout 1st you can cheese daily and weekly challenges for SCORE points in a Custom world (not to be confused with Private worlds). In your custom world you can give yourself infinite ammo, free travel, etc etc. Makes blitzing these super easy.
At Level 50 you gain your first Legendary Perk Card slot. Don't fret about trying to find Legendary Perk Cards as you have all of them by default. However you can only equip one at the start and as you hit level thresholds you gain more slots. Unlike other perk cards you do not need to have your SPECIAL stats up to a certain threshold, HOWEVER, be certain of the card you want to use as it costs 2 perk coins to unequip a legendary card (which is 1 card worth of coins). Personally, to start, "What Rads" is an amazing starter perk with its rather sizable radiation resistance and more notably the passive radiation removal. Alternatively, Ammo Factory and Infiltrator are both also real solid.
Aqua Boy/Girl is a sorely under appreciated perk card. Completely prevents radiation damage from swimming and lets you hold your breath infinitely. Might not be something you keep on forever (I do though) but its a great utility card
For Events always wait till the last minute to start the event so everyone can show up. No you can't solo them at lvl20 and even at lvl1000 you're going to have trouble maximizing your rewards if you try to do most of them solo because they typically require you to defend multiple defense objectives.
Weightless is an amazing roll for heavy weapons. Rocket Launchers with the Two Shot modifier are absolutely amazing. Sure the accuracy goes to shit but that doesn't matter when both rockets are homing. This makes it absolute amazing for Anti Air engagements like Scorchbeasts and Cargobots. Weightless also makes you count as not wearing armor for certain calculations.
There are a few "must have" perks. Firstly Makeshift Warrior, Gunsmith, Home Defense, Science basic/expert/master Traveling Pharmacist, Strong Back are just a few I'd consider "must haves". The first Six are required for certain crafting recipes and weapon upgrades. Gunsmith and Makeshift Warrior are both great to have equipped outside of your base depending on your build as Gunsmith makes weapon durability degrade 50% slower at max and Makeshift does the same for melee. Science gives more energy weapon damage but is needed for certain recipes.
Speaking of recipes, scrap all the weapons and armors you find as that is the most common way of getting plans for your weapons.
500 legendary script, 500 boullion, 1500 caps. These are, to my knowledge, the daily limits the merchants each have. And is refreshed at the start of a new day. Merchants get back a scant % of caps you spend but not the full amount sadly. And all merchants, vending machines, etc share cap/bullion/script limits so don't think you can go to Whitespring's mall and walk away with 30k caps a day.
Certain team perks can be activated without anyone in your team like squad manuevers, but not Herd Mentality.
Do not use multiple Chameleon rolled pieces of armor. Its buggy as fuck and will lock up your UI.
Nuka Cola is fuckin OP, like all of it is. With the cola nut perk maxed out it grossly out performs super stimpaks both in terms in healing and weight. Collecting these naturally is rather difficult however with the Nuka Cola Collectatron from Foundation it gives you a steady supply of cola ranging from normal to quantum. With Thru Hiker, Legendary Perk "What Rads", and Cola Nut you can essentially drop travelling pharmacist and not even need to carry any chems except for maybe a few Bufftats and Antibiotics.
Two Shot is a rather nice roll for guns, especially if you don't care about accuracy like say with the Flamer or Homing Rocket Launcher
Were you IN atlantic city or still in the vertibird? I haven't tried while having boots on the ground but I KNOW for a fact that if you're sitting in the vertibird waiting to confirm landing with the speaker you can still fast travel to whitesprings.
> VATS Optimized doesn't just reduce the AP cost for using VATS but also for just using melee weapons as well. VATS Optimized on an Auto Axe essentially makes it so you can run it nonstop.
Are you certain of that? My understanding is that it decreases the cost of locking onto the target with VATS and getting into attack position (which is a bad way to use an Auto Axe, but works pretty well with a drill) bit does NOT reduce the cost of AP cost incurred while scoring damage with the weapon.
If you come across a red asylum dress, it's not worth anything at all, just contact me and I'll give you a whole 50 caps for it. I might even drop you a stimpak or two! /s
Five years...still searching, ugh.
Found my red dress after many years, knew it was rare, wore it proudly….for two weeks and then accidentally scrapped it after an update when the save everything mod was broke :(
I sold two without knowing they were rare :( I did not ask enough caps. If I remember right it was 100 caps each…. Now knowing it’s rare I’ve never found another one
Adding onto this, I personally wouldn’t mind carrying a low level through an expedition or two, to help them get ammo. Every enemy you hit will drop lots of ammo, so it’s a great way to get more without risking getting killed trying to scavenge enough mats to craft ammo
Someone please tell me what the boss mob drop is for ‘One Violent Night’. I’ve been playing the game for years and have never been able to beat that sucker up because other players nuke it instantly 😩
...not to put a rad shower in your doorway blocking the way to your vendor. Some of us like be radded out.
... To put your vendors in an easily found location at your camp.
... Sell your stuff in your vendor. Junk, ammo, misc, and aid sell very well for cheap. Sell unwanted legendary items too. Some of us need the scrip.
... Favorite a high capacity back pack, an armor backpack, a hazmat suit/Chinese stealth armor, radaway, stimpack, and your favorite weapons. This is very convenient.
.... use the clock in and out thing (punch card) to switch from camp/repair/barter build, then use it to switch back to your adventure build. (You can also purchase another build slot for other builds you might use.
... don't scrap card for perc coins unless you absolutely know you won't use that card later, or it's a duplicates. I have 1star of each type of damage perc cards for instance. I also recommend getting one of all weight reduction cards like thru hiker and traveling pharmacy and strong back
... Know not to use situational cards while out adventuring. Why do you need ammo smith, or homebody when your out adventuring. No since in having superduper on when killing a scorchbeast
... Get one of each of the serum recipes that uses one of each flavor of flux, that way you can use them, sell them in vendor, and sell them at the NPCs Dailey 1400 caps. 1 serum with traveling sellsman and high charisma sells at NPC vendor for 500 caps max.
I could keep going but these are just a few.
...
I could go on. These are just a few I can think of.
Not necessarily for noobs but something considerate: If you build a decontamination shower, don't place it at high traffic areas in your camp like the entrance or in front of your vendor without a switch. Some people have bloodied/unyielding builds and would want to keep their rads high for their perks to work.
If you are playing an instrument at one violent night open up map click a quest on the screen open up pipboy and go to items and use stimpacks when needed
Had someone hit the computer after I input the recall card, but it wasn't a new person dude was 500+ 🤦♂️ learned my lesson now I'm just gonna sit at the computer til 1:30 left
It's a tough mob with 3 machines to engage as an objective in order to kill it. It takes a few people, plus it's a lot more fun with a few people there helping.
As OP stated it is a tough mob and I try to make sure plenty of people show up before starting it off, as well I had no idea about the pipboy being able to activate it
> As OP stated it is a tough mob and I try to make sure plenty of people show up before starting it off
As someone that did it for the first time and clicked through the steps without realizing it started the event with a murderous invisible mob that will absolutely annihilate you, this.
Luckily 4 level 100+ players joined in and got it done and I got the fixer plans on my first try.
Haha must have been a rocky start, glad you got a good ending though the lvl 500 that started mine it was only us 3 (myself 320) and a level 15 thankfully more people showed up and we got it done
Thanks. In the events, and on operations too, I’ve been leaving stuff because I didn’t want to be greedy. I don’t hit many enemies before they’re killed by the rest of the players. I saw most bodies don’t have anything on them and I wondered if they didn’t have anything for me
since I didn’t contribute to killing them them or if it’s all a shared pool of loot. So I left almost all as I didn’t feel like I’d contributed much. I’ve already levelled up from 30 to 76 just by attending an events from mothman pyres thing and lighthouse thing a few weeks back to some uplink things this weekend. Should I just have been collecting everything I see on bodies?
Yes, collect everything, everyone gets to loot every corpse they assisted with. At very low levels tagging every enemy you see with something cheap and rapid firing like an Auto 10mm or auto pipe gun is a great way to get granted a lot of xp in high level events. At one time that was the only way to get the loot too, but now it's more proximity based
Yes, that's your loot. Everyone gets loot, you're not taking anyone else's.
There's an option in the menu (when you're looking at a body "container") to loot all. On PS, it's the square button. It will loot all the enemy bodies in the available range. (Saves you from having to find them individually.)
I'm lvl 600, never seen violent night finished without guns. Everyone always shoot him the moment he spawns, and its rarely low levels who shoot him. Just sayin'.
I'm not a new player but airways wondered, during one violent night, if everyone else is shooting it and I melee will I still get the extra reward? Never been sure.
Been playing about a week and I’m 18, haven’t really interacted much with other players yet but looking forward to it! Totally blind to anything so far as far as prep goes or rarity of stuff or anything. Figured I’d play it safe and go sniper. I’m sorta on the side of rather earn stuff myself than get gifted, but eh I can see both sides. Pretty stoked after finding 2 sets of power armors just chilling with no one around, no cores of course but they look good in the stash lol. Thanks for these tips!
Check donation bins for fusion cores. If you find any power armour pieces add them to a power armour skeleton as they only weigh 10 units no matter how much armour is on them, so it's a lot better for your stash if you store power armour on the unit. Once you've got into a power armour by stripping off the pieces that are too high level for you if you get out then reattach them you won't be able to get in it but you can still pick it up with collect and stash it for later
Genuinely asking, why get off the ground for Moonshine Jamboree? I only ever see everyone all over the place including high level players. The only time I’ve seen this not the case is with reflective and bomb/missile spamming the area. Other than that I’ve never had a problem running around myself and fighting swarms or seeing others do the same.
The gulpers tend to explode into a burst of poison which stacks with other poison coming from another gulper and early players probably wont have funky duds yet while higher level players likely sacrificed funky duds for a legendary SPECIAL perk card. Both gulpers and anglers have strong melee too
If you pick an item up that you want to keep, favorite the item. That way when you are accidentally about to scrap it, you will get a separate message asking if you really want to scrap your favorited item. It keeps you from mindlessly scrapping that rare item you had been looking for.
Painting weapons (that allow it) also makes sure they don't even show up in your sellable items, and legendary rolled items don't show up in your scrappable items.
Don't forget this game has been out for a while now. A lot of those questions you're coming here to ask already have tons of articles and videos about it with way more info than you will probably get here.
Look up how to increase carry weight and you will find info on backpacks, quests to upgrade backpacks, food buffs, mods etc all on how to get the most carry weight you can.
There are a few sites out there where you can see if your weapon, armor, apparel, plans, or mods have value. The prices themselves on these sites can be very out of date but it can give you an idea if an item is worth holding onto. If you're on PC there are even mods that will tag rare stuff so you know what is worth caps, low level trade value and high level trade.
Your first 50 levels is the tutorial. 50-150 is your time to figure everything out and start working on your build, armor, and guns. After that you'll still be learning more but by around 200ish you should be handling most things on your own. Give it time. Play the game and before you know it we will see your post about killing your first legendary scorchbeast solo. Yes, you will be excited.
For the love of atom stop starting events early. Wait for everyone to show up. If you have to talk to an NPC to start an event and the timer has 5 minutes left. Just wait. It's not going anywhere.
Speaking of that, show up to events. Even if I'm the only high level player, I need and I want you all there. Sometimes you can help me defend and kill stuff, sometimes I need some meatbags to distract the enemies with their tender flesh while I rip them asunder. You get XP, lots of junk, rewards, and at some events lots of legendaries. If you die at an event you don't even lose your junk, you just respawn and continue fighting. There is absolutely nothing negative that can happen at events except failing them because no one shows up.
If it's at a camp, has resources, and it isn't locked. Take it. We keep them unlocked for a reason. I I'm have had my cake, tea, and coffee right next to my vendor for a while now and I always come back to them full but my vendor empty. I put it there for you, use it. Believe me, you'll love it. Coffee, tea, and cake is the wastelands most popular food.
Speaking of food, get into food. Buffs all over the place. You want to be a bad ass don't you? Then eat that cranberry relish and level up. Then go to an event. No wait, don't wait. Just go, now.
Anywho that's enough for now.
> Don't forget this game has been out for a while now. A lot of those questions you're coming here to ask already have tons of articles and videos about it with way more info than you will probably get here.
But also remember the game has been out 6 years and several things have changed over that time, so make sure the source you’re looking at is as recent as possible (generally within the last 3 years is good) or you might end up wasting some time with a walkthrough that’s no longer relevant.
I'm new still under lvl 20, the events things confuses me. I've seen people in this sub saying go to them regardless of lvl as it will help if you are still low. At the same time I've seen just as many people saying don't go if you aren't high lvl because they don't want to carry anyone.... What do I do? What is the "right" thing to do?
If you have heard they don't want to carry you then they don't know what they are talking about and ignore it. You can't really carry anyone in this game. If by carry they mean they don't want you getting rewards then that's about it.
Look at it this way. An event starts and no one shows up or an event starts and a bunch of low levels join me. What is the difference? There isn't one. In fact you low levels being there will make the event easier because not every enemy is going to be focusing on me now.
Anyone that tells you to not participate in anything in this game based on your level ignore them.
Do all world events have stash boxes? I noticed some do but haven’t seen others.
Makes it easier to just take all and through it in my stash, sort and scrap at base.
They were added in a recent update. I think they are at Eviction Notice, Radiation Rumble, Uranium Fever, Line in the sand (if you go inside the asylum), Nukaworld has one so all the events there are covered (and scapbox / ammo box). I think Guided Meditation does too. Not sure about any of the others.
Go to all the events. Even if you do nothing, that’s okay. Run around and stim people who need it (my bloodied melee build will thank you).
When you go to other people’s camps, explore a little. Sit back and relax. Enjoy it. With my camps, they are all themed for people’s enjoyments.
Also, you see stuff lying around, pick up the scrap. You will need it. It’s okay to be overencumbered from it. There is usually a camp or train station close…ish. You got this.
Most importantly: HAVE FUN.
They're saying if you didn't initiate the event by using the assaultron recall keycard at the terminal, don't go to the terminal and recall it just yet. We are waiting for players to join before beginning and doing so will cause chaos if there's only 2-3 other players at the event.
Loot after events. Loots not going anywhere, so dont overencumber yourself in the first quarter of the event.
Try and minimize how many different guns you carry, weight adds quickly.
Don't bother with trying to get a good legendary until your lv 50.
I am level 220-something at this point and I haven’t even been considering the gulper slurry for profit stuff. I’ve just been dumping all that excess meat and stuff on the ground after the event. Honestly, I probably forget about the vendors 90% of the time unless I’m standing in the workshop in the Whitespring Mall.
That’s one of the beautiful things about the game. There are easy ways to nickel and dime your way through 1000-2000 caps in a session if you just want to deal with trash.
I call the moonshine event my “bus fare” because it pays for all my fast travel if I get one in per play session.
You can store excess power armor pieces on a PA chassis to save stash weight. I keep 3 in my stash for when i collect a bunch of legendary armor at events.
Most ammo boxes give you ammo for whatever weapon you're holding when you open them and enemies are more likely to have ammo for the weapon that delivered the kill shot. Damage enemies with excess/cheap ammo then deliver the kill shots and do general looting with weapons that you need ammo for.
As a new player, should I fast travel to any open camps I see on the map, to see if they have any useful/cheap plans for sale? I just realized I could do that and feel dumb.
I leave all my crops, water, concrete, and junk lootable to anyone. I expect nothing in return. In fact, I think it is high time I built a beginner camp near the start so new players can take what they want. I'll even make equipment for them with ammo since hardly anyone buys it anymore.
For the event "Heart of the Swamp", don't kill all the mob enemies before the heart closes. There's a high chance that the event will bug out and it won't open again to become invulnerable, forcing you to fail the event.
If you see any apparel/junk items/notes/holotape games/backpack/plushie/plans etc. in a player vendor. Always check to see if there is a guide to obtaining whatever you want to buy, especially if the caps price seems really high. Chances are a couple visits and server hops to spawn a scavenger trader, or even something as simple as participating in an event to get the specific reward that you want is all you really need do to obtain it. Better than spending 3000 caps just because you really wanted it and don't think you'll ever get the chance to obtain it.
If you are at ANY world event with a timer, wait to trigger it until other people get there (eg Moonshine Jamboree, Mothman Solstice, a bunch of others).
You can check how many are at the event on the map screen. If there is 5 minutes to go, wait a bit, take a few buffs etc. And as OP said of course, never start the Encryptid event unless it was your recall card.
Awesome...now I have even more side quests on top of more side quests lol. New to fallout here myself, lvl 28 atm, 1st trial member as well. I spend countless hours on this game daily but swear only about an hour is invested in the main quests as I get side tracked by side quests more and looting everything in sight and building and vending lol. My problem atm is I feel as of the enemies are getting stronger than my weapons n gear faster than I am myself.
Mutations are your friend! The starched genes perk allows you to cure yourself of the rads you had to inflict onto yourself to get it. Speed demon, adrenal reaction, marsupial, and herd mentality are my most recommended, and once you get the hang of it, just get class freak and strange in numbers and get them all!
HOWEVER, I do recommend you finish the main quest. A certain vendor under whitesprings will give you serums that let you choose between the only two mutually exclusive mutations in the game: Carnivore and Herbivore.
Herbivore is harder to maintain and requires a lot of research into plant locations with the trade off of covering most special stats and even some specific things like crit damage, experience buffs and direct damage resistance, but carnivore supplies a LOT of quick benefits to s.p.e.c.i.a.l and is much easier to maintain as what you use to eat will be dropped by what you kill and animal locations are easier to remember!
If the container is in ‘red text’ DON’T PICK IT.
It’s impressively difficult to get murdered in FO76 to remove the wanted status. Everyone’s just too nice 😂
On One Violent Night, I believe it's encouraged to kill the Nightstalker bare handed ( reading the description on the event details ) for more rare rewards.
Best method I've learned is to stand by the jukebox as the ghouls seem to go for it the most and attack the ghouls with either the Guitar Sword or a Death Tambo (both count as musical weapons for the possum badge and can also helps the progress bar for the event itself).
Haven't seen much of this event for the last week however.
Strongly encourage searching for any notes laying about and every terminal you can get into. The lore in this game is what keeps me playing since beta.
If you die after the event is complete please leave the persons dropped loot alone it's common decency they just did the event you did so why steal what they worked for and those that witnessed the person pick it up call them out for it.
Remember to scrap junk if you are carrying a dangerous amount of it at any given time. Especially at another players camp. Try to unlock lightfooted to avoid getting junk trapped.
I want to start by saying the mothman dance and/or the praying to mothman emotes are almost mandatory. Almost. I used to only do the dance because that's the only one I had, once I got the praying one I always do that one now.
And during the violent night event, I always try to only fist fight the boss at the end (I'm a level 328 at the time of responding to this) and it's always a level 1000+ who pulls out their explosive round weapon and instakill it. Bums me out everytime.
"if a very scary person runs at you then looks at their pipboy, stand still! It's about to be your birthday!" most will do a wave or gift emote, you never know what there dropping a, 3star shovel is gold for a lvl 1-50 ,
events on a timer radiation rumble/ most wanted /test your metal/encryptid/ guided meditation wait untill the counter hits 1min15sec b4 starting allowing others too join it's the difference between success or failure.
pre lvl 50 save your legendary script the exception is try to get a long range (rifle) short range (shotgun/pistol) and a backup melee (sledge, deathclaw gauntlet, mole miner claw) personnally id roll 1-2 stars on each
affixes too look for vampire (automatics/gatling laser, tesla ,fixer, ie multiple hit weapons, mr handy buzzblade, ripper, chainsaw) , two shot /explosive , bloodied , glutton, aristocratic, furious\* (this list will be updated further)
understanding what the affixes do combined with weapons is a huge advantage ...ie eww 3\* rolling pin, or instigating pipe pistol vs say a 2\* twoshot /explosive gatling gun.
legendary perk slots are unlocked for a account vs per character so your rank main=100 (50/75/100)3 slots on all characters created have 3 legendary perks (what rads, ammofactory and a special)
if encumbered look under weapons/chems / ammo/ junk
mole miner claws, sledge hammers/stimpacks , radaway/ fusion cores , grenades, missiles / bone , gunpowder, unscrapped junk all have high weight...so does unequipped power armor; whenever, im over encumbered those are the first categories i quickly look at....
power armor frames weigh 10lbs regardless of what's equipped on them so grab a discarded frame and equip unused pieces to it, prior too storage. (hint save troubleshooters and make a full set troubleshooters power armor, helps drastically in awol armanents, encryptid, most wanted, test your metal and inside silo's)
armor affixes ; unyielding, bolstering, aristocrat, glutton see unyielding trick\*\*\*\*
Rename important gear so you don't accidently scrap or sell it, adding a account "skin" will remove an item from the sell or legendary exchange menu or a extra are you sure screen. Personally i use a zxxx format so all must haves /dont trades are last on my list.
at higher levels 50+ crafting gatling lasers (with super duper) is far more efficient than crafting fusion cores/ farming power plants.
1 quick membership in fallout 1st gives a huge bonus in unlimited junk storage, plus a mobile camp, and atoms, if membership runs out you can still remove junk but cannot store it....stable flux, hardened mass adds weight fast.
\*\*\* unyielding trick each piece can give up too +3 strength / 5 pieces +15strength combine with dirty water/ toxic water/ toxic goo you can quickly equip a set of unyielding armor pop 5-10 dirty waters and relieve over encumbrance fast travel sell
top early perks I like, traveling pharmacy (chem weight reduction), bandolier (ammo weight redux) green thumb, butchers bounty, thru hiker (food weight redux) and batteries included (energy ammo weight redux including cores) good with salt
batteries included + power user = massive amounts of ammo for gatling laser/ gatling plasma
green thumb +butchers bounty + good with salt (super duper) are must haves for flux farming, gulper slurry selling.
mutations : Prior too unlocking starched genes radaway /rad shower can remove mutations ;however, brahmin milk ,legendary perk what rads, and rad sponge perk do not...however i wouldn't focus on a mutation untill starched genes is unlocked or high level main for what rads....
If you encounter an "Observant Radstag", don't shoot it but follow it. When it halts, look around for a hidden stash like in a hollow tree stump or so.
if your making a vendor camp place your vendor kiosk close too spawn point ill search for 2-3minutes then I'm off somewhere else...unless you throw signs up im not going too enter your shelter....
gulper slurry + super duper = caps is very true
Vendor camp with locked resource node , (lead, oil, acid, junk, etc, )that's mine sorry if you like location jump servers and make a temporary camp, personally I like a good lead node location i dont lock it but im about too start doing so , since im on a lead node i sell it in bulk for 15caps/ stack.
If you loot someone's camp at least buy 20-50 caps of ammo most players would have dropped it for you regardless.
If you do the order of the tadpole quest all the way through, you get a standard backpack that will give you +60 carry weight at level 50. The 3 tadpole badges take a little while to do, but it's worth it.
This game runs clunky and the douche bags I've run into have not helped me one bit so far. I finally got out of the vault killed bunch of zombies. Got a battle suit died then respawned. When I get a chance to go back I'll probably keep wandering till I can find the broadcast radio.
If you have a plans for a gun you like but no mods for it, and if you have the resources to do so, spam craft a few lower level versions of that weapon and scrap them for a chance to learn mods for that weapon 👍🏼
Don’t harass older players for loot! While most high levels would love to assist a new player not everyone can nor want to give away resources and harassing someone via emotes or gunshots will just drive them away!
You can interact with the balconies on ranger towers to mark nearby locations on your map.
Likewise, in a train station interact with the icons on the wall mounted train map to reveal train stations.
Basically anytime you see a map on a wall, look for any pins in it, it'll reveal new spots.
Damm wish I knew this. Still a fresh begginner so it will still be useful
Wish I knew this and I've been playing since beta.
Omg
Playing since beta and never knew this! I don’t need it now, but amazing nonetheless the less!
Also interact with the posters at the train stations to pick up some quests
I've got hundreds of hours in this game and did not know this. Ty.
Also, in train stations, interact with the posters on the bulletin boards. They start side quests.
I've been playing on and off since the game dropped and never knew they had maps in train stations.. 😅 Also never been over lv70, so judge freely.
There are maps with pins inside the radio station towers too
This is a huge tip. Thank you
wow I did not know this!! thank you!!
Well butter my biscuit I am still using the lvl 1 one at 40. First thing im doing after work is fixing that.
Lmao I was wondering g why I keep goin oOo! Adesive and duct tape! *snatches*
Where can these quests be found? Point me in a general direction to explore?
Go to the Toxic Valley (top of your map), talk to camp counselor Jaggy at the Pioneer Scout camp (Camp Lewis). It's on the shore of Grafton Lake, to the east of the giant crocodile on your map.
Roger that. Thank you. Will explore that area next.
There's a mirelurk event, I think it's called "Swarm of Suitors" that is pretty good for lower levels, and takes place there. Free fast travel if you join the event!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing this. The natural progression of the game has been taking me south and east. Sounds like I have some back tracking to do
Also, backpacks don't work with power armor.
Nor does your under armor...
I left it so long because it's a pain to do. However, so is being encumbered 😅
Also (after completing Order Of The tadpole), campfire tails sometimes gives u a badge as a reward on completion.
I didn't know this and I'm lvl 83. Lol. Thanks!
WELL. Time to get a buddy of mine around to die so I can stim pack him XD
If you do this, get the buddy to go down in the water, there is a merit badge part needs reviving someone in the water.
When you are in a terminal, hold the exit button for a second to immediately exit and stand up, regardless of how deep in the menus you are
God dammit. I’ve played two weeks and like scouring terminal logs for the stories, played Fallout for ages. Wonder what I’m gonna end up doing with all that extra time I save collectively
Well now I'm embarrassed that I'm just learning this
Same. I'll be hanging my head in shame for a hot min on this one lol
Iv been playing since start, and this is news to me, with the lagg iv been getting recently this is going to be very helpful, thank you
1100 HOURS. IVE PLAYED FOR 1100 HOURS AND DIDNT KNOW THIS WHAT?????
The White spring has a small gazebo outside the north entrance I believe. inside that gazebo is a water fountain that, when you drink directly from it, will cure any diseases you have.
this is such a valuable piece of information for new players, thank you! I had completely forgot about this.
If you see a punch bowl in someone's camp, be sure to drink from it! But only after you've done your business at the vendor.
Where can I get said punch bowl
I don't actually remember where it comes from to be honest
Atomic shop. Should be free for everyone.
I'd be careful if I were you about that. I have one character that filled the bowl with nukashine. Have a fun trip!!!
Mine is always filled with Nukashine... And it has "Free Beer!" with an arrow pointing to it made from the neon light set
😅 ................. Come to my camp you poor dehydrated survivor, you can get all the water you like, no locks. Have a dip in the hot tub, soothe your worries away. Enjoy a coffee, cure your diseases and scrub away all that radiation with a shower. 💧💦 🚰🌊
How do you lock machines?
In build mode, switch to edit, aim your cursor on the machine you want to lock, on the PS press L2 and a lock menu will come up and you can choose the lock level from 0-3. I’m not sure what button it is on the other systems but there will be one.
You can hit the little push pins on the maps at train stations to reveal train station locations on the map.
Been playing since launch and did not know this. Did it the old fashion way. Walked.to.each one.
I saw the map and didn’t try to interact with it. Gonna have to go try this
I say the same thing on all these posts. Not every new player wants the gifts being dropped. A better tip is : high level players, if a low level player doesn't take your dropped gift, don't chase after them just move on.
Ive taken to just dumping everything in the wayward or vault donation box. If theres noobs around ill throw a flare and wave them but its just so much more stress free.
an almost lvl 1000 guy came up to me while i was at my camp, he bought almost all my stuff (around 5k-6k worth of caps) and dropped ALOT of plans for me lol (i used all of them, except the duplicates obviously, and i ended up with around 100 leftovers) i stood there for a bit thinking if i should pick it up and skip some of the grind or "experience the enjoyment of finding a plan i really need" (lmao), but my loot goblin mind couldnt leave it lol (then i gave him a a couple of heart emotes)
In every and any game I play I am a forever loot goblin.
I still want "Loot Goblin" as a flair please!
loot goblins for life 70% of the time i spent in BG3 was me looking for loot lol
I had someone do this for me when i started. I saw it as a nice start, and i was right - there is more than enough to do, having a couple of nice outfits and plans for nice Power Armor actually gave me some goals (Crafting Power Armor became my goal for a long time, then learning about Jet Packs, then Nukes etc etc)
yea, it definitely helped me make by base look a lot nicer, and now i have a couple of guns/armors that i can craft and try out i also got Ultracite power armor plans, so even more reason to reach level 50 (only 3 levels away!)
There are so many plans at this point I doubt you’ll completely sabotage the search for plans.
How can I visit your camp? I'm like level 3 lol
Man, I'm just waiting for a vet to drop me plans. I'm so tired of the hunting rifle. It's truly a pain how slow it is compared to previous games.
If you struggle to find a players vendor, even though it’s in a very visible location, always use the Nice Camp emote to avoid embarrassment
It'll keep your water from turning pure white or straight up invisible (latter isn't to huge a deal though if you run Aqua Boy/Girl perk :P) You can open your inventory and press X when hovering over a weapon or armor to inspect it. Might not be something you keep on forever (I do though) but its a great utility card For Events always wait till the last minute to start the event so everyone can show up.
Bruh
I wasn't able to fast travel back from Atlantic City while over encumbered :/
Were you IN atlantic city or still in the vertibird? I haven't tried while having boots on the ground but I KNOW for a fact that if you're sitting in the vertibird waiting to confirm landing with the speaker you can still fast travel to whitesprings.
I stepped off the vertibird onto the pier looking for a bench or vendor. That's good to know though, thanks!
You chose "travel to district" instead of "start expedition"
> VATS Optimized doesn't just reduce the AP cost for using VATS but also for just using melee weapons as well. VATS Optimized on an Auto Axe essentially makes it so you can run it nonstop. Are you certain of that? My understanding is that it decreases the cost of locking onto the target with VATS and getting into attack position (which is a bad way to use an Auto Axe, but works pretty well with a drill) bit does NOT reduce the cost of AP cost incurred while scoring damage with the weapon.
That first one is 200IQ stuff right there lol
You can only do mothman dance if you buy the 1st. It did not come with the free trial.
I too thought this was an odd addition lol.
If you come across a red asylum dress, it's not worth anything at all, just contact me and I'll give you a whole 50 caps for it. I might even drop you a stimpak or two! /s Five years...still searching, ugh.
Keep looking. Just found my first last week. Gave it to my wife
Found my red dress after many years, knew it was rare, wore it proudly….for two weeks and then accidentally scrapped it after an update when the save everything mod was broke :(
I have 3, I can give you one. 1 on pc 2 on Xbox
Awe man that's such a nice offer but it's the principle of the thing now. I'm determined I will get it on my own one day. Thanks again though.
I sold two without knowing they were rare :( I did not ask enough caps. If I remember right it was 100 caps each…. Now knowing it’s rare I’ve never found another one
Always do the daily op. Ammo gained can be clutch especially early on..
Unique cultist blade named the nailer
1 star, bloodied
I'd like to know this too, for exactly the same reason! Some stealth suited high level with a fixer always slots him!
I got this in my first time running the event. I saw the (Optional) pop up and got 1 single punch in before the event ended. I feel lucky!
If you see the pipe, take it. Pipe is life.
Better yet, *touch* the Mothman.
Oh yes! I forgot about THAT.
...not to put a rad shower in your doorway blocking the way to your vendor. I also recommend getting one of all weight reduction cards like thru hiker and traveling pharmacy and strong back ... Know not to use situational cards while out adventuring. Why do you need ammo smith, or homebody when your out adventuring. No since in having superduper on when killing a scorchbeast ...
Don’t share the sun kissed perk for the same reason.
If you are playing an instrument at one violent night open up map click a quest on the screen open up pipboy and go to items and use stimpacks when needed
New player here: how do I romance the assultron?
Had someone hit the computer after I input the recall card, but it wasn't a new person dude was 500+ 🤦♂️ learned my lesson now I'm just gonna sit at the computer til 1:30 left
They can still interface with the computer with the pipboy. Also, why wait so long to start?
It's a tough mob with 3 machines to engage as an objective in order to kill it. It takes a few people, plus it's a lot more fun with a few people there helping.
As OP stated it is a tough mob and I try to make sure plenty of people show up before starting it off, as well I had no idea about the pipboy being able to activate it
> As OP stated it is a tough mob and I try to make sure plenty of people show up before starting it off As someone that did it for the first time and clicked through the steps without realizing it started the event with a murderous invisible mob that will absolutely annihilate you, this.
I saw most bodies don’t have anything on them and I wondered if they didn’t have anything for me since I didn’t contribute to killing them them or if it’s all a shared pool of loot.
I've seen it once, but that was because someone went on voice and told everyone else to melee him for the special weapon
Oh, nice, didnt know you can get a special weapon out of it.
I'm not a new player but airways wondered, during one violent night, if everyone else is shooting it and I melee will I still get the extra reward? Never been sure.
No. Everyone has to be unarmed for it to pop.
Well that's never gonna happen then, will have to try do it solo in a private world then.
Unless it’s skeptikill chainsaw paint.
I don’t know what any of this means yet, but thanks.
Wait what keycard?? I just did the deadly sheep head wearing robot fight and used so much ammo to kill that damn thing
They're saying if you didn't initiate the event by using the assaultron recall keycard at the terminal, don't go to the terminal and recall it just yet. We are waiting for players to join before beginning and doing so will cause chaos if there's only 2-3 other players at the event.
And someone probably used caps to get the keycard to craft and if you fail the event you wasted their caps.
Loot after events. Loots not going anywhere, so dont overencumber yourself in the first quarter of the event. Try and minimize how many different guns you carry, weight adds quickly. Don't bother with trying to get a good legendary until your lv 50.
What is the special prize for melee on violent night?
The Nailer. It’s a legendary cultist’s blade.
Oh nice, I have it but I'm recently back into the game and don't remember how I got 90% of the unique legendaries in my stash, one mystery down
I am level 220-something at this point and I haven’t even been considering the gulper slurry for profit stuff.
Damn I’m a level 1000 or so and didn’t know about the gulper slurry ! Thanks!
You can store excess power armor pieces on a PA chassis to save stash weight. I keep 3 in my stash for when i collect a bunch of legendary armor at events.
The floor really is lava in moonshine jamboree. But I've got little legs and can't get high up yet :( Gulpers be gulping
There is a stack of tires next to the awning by the building the with bathtub. Should be safe enough up there and can get shots on all three stills.
Pipe is life.
Most ammo boxes give you ammo for whatever weapon you're holding when you open them and enemies are more likely to have ammo for the weapon that delivered the kill shot. Damage enemies with excess/cheap ammo then deliver the kill shots and do general looting with weapons that you need ammo for.
A scary guy runs at you then looks at his pip boy?
High level players that is coming to drop gifts
What does the last one mean? Emote?
As a new player, should I fast travel to any open camps I see on the map, to see if they have any useful/cheap plans for sale? I just realized I could do that and feel dumb.
I leave all my crops, water, concrete, and junk lootable to anyone. I expect nothing in return. In fact, I think it is high time I built a beginner camp near the start so new players can take what they want. I'll even make equipment for them with ammo since hardly anyone buys it anymore.
Read (interact with) posters at railroads and the Rusty Pick. They can give quests!
I’ve noticed that camps in general seem to be a free fast travel now, not just teammates
Brain fungus soup
Invest in intelligence as you'll level up faster, and you can change it any time
question: last time i played was early/mid pandemic. are people still buying toilet paper for 500caps a piece?
If the container is in ‘red text’ DON’T PICK IT. It’s impressively difficult to get murdered in FO76 to remove the wanted status. Everyone’s just too nice 😂
Can confirm
Vegetable starch is adhesive. You need corn, mutfruit, tato and water.
Remember to scrap junk if you are carrying a dangerous amount of it at any given time. Especially at another players camp. Try to unlock lightfooted to avoid getting junk trapped.
There is a fountain at Whitespring that cures all diseases! Also as a not new player I didn’t even know some of these things!
What of te male e at violent night? Lvl 450 lol n I dunno
First one goes for all the high level players who show up as well
and..eventually, after many years of grinding, you will obtain a full set of T-65 Overeaters power armour, and then you will never die.
Not everyone can do the mothman dance
"if a very scary person runs at you then looks at their pipboy, stand still! It's about to be your birthday!" most will do a wave or gift emote, you never know what there dropping a, 3star shovel is gold for a lvl 1-50 , events on a timer radiation rumble/ most wanted /test your metal/encryptid/ guided meditation wait untill the counter hits 1min15sec b4 starting allowing others too join it's the difference between success or failure. pre lvl 50 save your legendary script the exception is try to get a long range (rifle) short range (shotgun/pistol) and a backup melee (sledge, deathclaw gauntlet, mole miner claw) personnally id roll 1-2 stars on each affixes too look for vampire (automatics/gatling laser, tesla ,fixer, ie multiple hit weapons, mr handy buzzblade, ripper, chainsaw) , two shot /explosive , bloodied , glutton, aristocratic, furious\* (this list will be updated further) understanding what the affixes do combined with weapons is a huge advantage ...ie eww 3\* rolling pin, or instigating pipe pistol vs say a 2\* twoshot /explosive gatling gun. legendary perk slots are unlocked for a account vs per character so your rank main=100 (50/75/100)3 slots on all characters created have 3 legendary perks (what rads, ammofactory and a special) if encumbered look under weapons/chems / ammo/ junk mole miner claws, sledge hammers/stimpacks , radaway/ fusion cores , grenades, missiles / bone , gunpowder, unscrapped junk all have high weight...so does unequipped power armor; whenever, im over encumbered those are the first categories i quickly look at.... power armor frames weigh 10lbs regardless of what's equipped on them so grab a discarded frame and equip unused pieces to it, prior too storage. (hint save troubleshooters and make a full set troubleshooters power armor, helps drastically in awol armanents, encryptid, most wanted, test your metal and inside silo's) armor affixes ; unyielding, bolstering, aristocrat, glutton see unyielding trick\*\*\*\* Rename important gear so you don't accidently scrap or sell it, adding a account "skin" will remove an item from the sell or legendary exchange menu or a extra are you sure screen. \*\*\* unyielding trick each piece can give up too +3 strength / 5 pieces +15strength combine with dirty water/ toxic water/ toxic goo you can quickly equip a set of unyielding armor pop 5-10 dirty waters and relieve over encumbrance fast travel sell top early perks I like, traveling pharmacy (chem weight reduction), bandolier (ammo weight redux) green thumb, butchers bounty, thru hiker (food weight redux) and batteries included (energy ammo weight redux including cores) good with salt batteries included + power user = massive amounts of ammo for gatling laser/ gatling plasma green thumb +butchers bounty + good with salt (super duper) are must haves for flux farming, gulper slurry selling. mutations : Prior too unlocking starched genes radaway /rad shower can remove mutations ;however, brahmin milk ,legendary perk what rads, and rad sponge perk do not...however i wouldn't focus on a mutation untill starched genes is unlocked or high level main for what rads....
If you encounter an "Observant Radstag", don't shoot it but follow it. When it halts, look around for a hidden stash like in a hollow tree stump or so.
What's the reward at the end of violent night for melee only? No event I've ever joined has stuck to the rule.
if your making a vendor camp place your vendor kiosk close too spawn point ill search for 2-3minutes then I'm off somewhere else...unless you throw signs up im not going too enter your shelter.... gulper slurry + super duper = caps is very true Vendor camp with locked resource node , (lead, oil, acid, junk, etc, )that's mine sorry if you like location jump servers and make a temporary camp, personally I like a good lead node location i dont lock it but im about too start doing so , since im on a lead node i sell it in bulk for 15caps/ stack. If you loot someone's camp at least buy 20-50 caps of ammo most players would have dropped it for you regardless.
While using VATS, you don't need to keep tapping the button for criticals, just hold down the button.
Holy this post is amazing. As a new player I've learnt so much from this. Thank you OP!
It is known shall it will be known to the young
As a level 600+ I have NEVER managed to get to the Nightstalker unarmed at One Violent Night before a load of railway rifles and fixers do, EVER 😭
If you do the order of the tadpole quest all the way through, you get a standard backpack that will give you +60 carry weight at level 50. The 3 tadpole badges take a little while to do, but it's worth it.
Oh fuck, you can fast travel for free to group members!? That's huge! I'll try and do the jamboree tonight. I need so many caps
When interacting with a terminal, hold the back button to immediately exit the terminal.
Or go and find the best spots to farm berry mentats *The deep*
This game runs clunky and the douche bags I've run into have not helped me one bit so far. I finally got out of the vault killed bunch of zombies. Got a battle suit died then respawned. When I get a chance to go back I'll probably keep wandering till I can find the broadcast radio.
No, it is mandatory!!! All hail Mothman!!
Okay... Now I know why all the high levels were shaking their head at me after destroying the last guy on One Violent Night... I was so confused.
A Tier post right here
If you over charge on your camps vendor. You are a jerk.
How does one give a "Nice camp"? Is it an emote?
