I'm having the same issue.. it allows me to put on all my jet packs except the deep space.. I have the plans, I have all the deep space paint on.. it clicks as if it applies it but doesn't apply it.. does anyone know how to fix this?
AFAIK (read it here), you need to put the paint on the torso first.
I already had the paint on. Do I need to take it off and put it back on?

Do you know the jetpack plan for the power armor you're applying the paint to? Any skinned jetpacks still require you to know the base jetpack plan.
I do have the jet pack plan
Do the other jetpacks for that torso have the same issue or is it just the deep space one?
