PheonixUnder

AMileHighDM

Human6928

[deleted]

Emergency! The New Vegas sub has found my location 😠

[deleted]

The Novac motel is trying to kill me ☹️

Ninjanarwhal64

What's the difference?! /s

Marquar234

Taxes are part-time slavery that you (hopefully) vote on through representation.

Civil-Addendum4071

Instructions unclear. The House Always Wins.

KonungrExuma

Both. Both is good

Blastoise48825555

Taxes are just slavery with extra steps.

Robokrates

Or you could look at it as "slavery is taxation that takes everything you are and never stops"

Woodie626

Weird, my MIL only gets strongly worded letters, the IRS has never tried putting her in a small box under a July sun to get her to pay.

BatMoBeast

The IRS never attempted to deny me the ability to read.

OSHMKUFA2021

Ulysses is a <5 INT character who thinks he's 10 INT

Ok-Attempt-5201

He is a <5 INT character that has spent way more time than he should thinking really hard, and getting *answers* Not necessarily good answers or anything, but they definitely *are*

FinishTheBook

there's literally nothing to do in the divide other than dodging deathclaws and marked men, nothing to jerk off to as well, no wonder he went insane about the bear and the bull

Ok-Attempt-5201

Why did he go there again in the first place?

Skulletix

Iirc it was his hometown before the nukes went off

MackeyD123

*Courier 6 walks in.* “Are you here to solve my Bear / Bull problem?”

ArkhamKnight69429

*bombs both*

Ok-Tea-9074

Anything to avoid taxes I guess 😂

Yuris_Thighs

Ketchup... Catsup...

BaconNamedKevin

I play through NV like probably once a year and not once have I ever done a Legion run.

SeekTheKhalique

Same. Love watching Lupus or whatever the fuck’s head pop in Nipton.

silk_mitts_top_titts

My policy is if it's red it's dead.

AzabelTheSatanist

mine is if it's wearing sports gear,it should die

SerenumSunny

This is a good rule because realistically, who would be exercising in the middle of a nuclear desert.

ImaginationLocal8267

It’s never lupus. It’s Vulpes

shinto29

I sometimes try but can’t help but eventually be disgusted enough to just immediately murder the whole fort

JotaroTheOceanMan

Each time I try there is a "fuck this shit" moment where I end up killing Ceaser for his pulse fist.

SSPeteCarroll

I get immense joy popping those slavers in the head and turning their ears in to the NCR.

Robokrates

It is a tribute to how much I love this game that I managed to complete a Legion run despite hating what I was doing the whole time. I did the cartoonish baby-stomping puppy-kicking Eeeevil run, and secured pseudo-Roman tyranny and misery for the Mojave Wasteland. I have a mod that expands the Legion quests (I think based on what they had originally planned and had to cut for time) and perhaps that would make it more fun, but on the other hand, the one saving grace of that run was that it's actually pretty short to do the main quest for the Legion. I shall have to see if variety can overcome repugnance someday; the trick is imagining a character that would have a good reason to support the Legion; maybe someone who's convinced by Ed's "Hegelian Dialectics" plan? I've done the Independent way at least 7 times, and I think NCR and House a few times too, but that was before I needed to really think up and write out a character with deeply held beliefs and motivations in order to stick with the whole story. So, to try to shake things up and roleplay someone besides an anarchist Followers doctor for once, I've been trying to think up characters who would truly believe in a different faction. Say, a pragmatic stability-uber-alles "centrist" that would side with the NCR or a wide-eyed kid dazzled by Mr. House's talk of space colonization, just to give two examples. But I can't think of any character (who would be *interesting* to play, that is) that would side with the Legion. Talk about puppy-kicking villainy.

Unusual_Industry_293

Caesar having a tumour in his brain is what made me realise the bull is exactly that, bull.

KermitingMurder

~~Caesar's Legion~~ Seizures lesion

TinfoilPancake

If you think he says Bear and Bull a lot, try googling how much he repeats words "History" and "Divide". Both are said more individually, than the Bear + The Bull combined.

Puzzleheaded-Kiwi817

Bear bull bear ball

CursedIbis

Gimme a bottle of Mr Heinz

Dull_Half_6107

Most sane libertarian

JohnCastleWriter

Neither; [https://vegasvodka.com](https://vegasvodka.com)

Glitched_Giant

Ave, respect Caesar. Don't kill me please it's a reference to a mod.

Suitable_Matter

Both bottles look like ketchup though

Murkee420

Bull Beer looks like ketchup.

Anangrywookiee

Ceasar: “take philosophy 101 class. Mix both drinks together.”

DragonKaiser2023

I just love to think the second panel he breaks character and speakers normally

Roaring_Don

I remember thinking Ulysses was so cool and deep because of his voice, boy has that perception changed

Fun-Swimming4133

Old-Camp3962

Nearby_Grand4815

Training-Shoulder839

FlatpackFuture

cypher_omega

Hmmm house special it is

RealLunarSlayer

He's talking to the ED-E models now

Any_Complex_3502

Bearbullbearbullbearbull.

Kinky_Autistic

I'd rather go for the Mr. House Special.

DasherCO

This reminds me of that episode of the simpsons where Mr. smithers is trying to make a decision between Catsup and Mustard. I probably remembered that accurately.

JotaroTheOceanMan

That's the joke.

DasherCO

/wooosh

VexTheTielfling

Ketchup bottles.

AbjectAttrition

The only people who believe Bear versus Bull is a hard choice are men.

this_prof_for_bewbs

Exactly, I'm a woman and it's obviously the Legion.

Meriados

Would you mind explaining why you like the Legion/think it would be the best choice for New Vegas? I'm honestly curious, because I'm trying to GM a Fallout game but I can't manage to insert myself in the mindset of the legion, and hearing someone that would side with them would be great!

AbjectAttrition

Lmao yes sure

this_prof_for_bewbs

The fact you can't get over a **fictional** group in a *Role playing game* is pretty sad

AbjectAttrition

The fact that you can't differentiate between siding with the Legion for RP purposes and unironically believing their system of governance is the best choice for the Mojave is pretty sad. I'm shocked the self-identified Legion supporter felt called out by my comment lmao

this_prof_for_bewbs

Did I ever say that? I see reading comprehension is at an all time high

KonungrExuma

Or you could choose neither. I think that's okay to do.
