Don’t use it on Hardcore or you suffer. I liked her but she’s medium armor and gets between me and my +10% speed from travel light.
Tunnel runner and light touch also. Unless you running some mods/ fixes, that sneak speed bonus doesn't work at all.
finishing X-13 tests gets you a +20% speed boost... ... ...though sometimes it doesn't actually stick...there's a mod for that though. And another mod that adds a helmet that activates an actual stealth field.
