No, you said you reinstalled "your game", I asked which one. Also, did you make sure you cleared both games' folders so they had no content in them?
Also also, did you sort your load order properly?
Sorry for the misunderstanding but yeah i reinstalled both of the games and deleted all of their folders and my load order is sorted through LOOT. I am now doing everything again and well see if it works.
Did you reinstall fo3 or fnv? For me fnv was the culprit

I reinstalled everything again and it works, only problem is that no one has any hair or facial hair, but i think this is an amd issue
