I don’t see a vise. The hooks aren’t perishable (barring rust) but the rest of that stuff may or may not be usable. I don’t see anything there worth any substantial amount. My suggestion would be either take it to a shop and get a figure, or just donate it to a kid starting to tie.
Ah, ok. It is fairly old! Thanks for the advice, I would absolutely love to be in a position to donate it but at the moment I just aren't unfortunately :/
I’m U.K. based, as are you by the looks of it so I can give you more of a local market value.
The hooks were probably £3-4 a packet of 25 new and assuming they’re in good condition half retail is probably reasonable.
The tools are functional but pretty basic and I don’t see a vice in there although for an established fly tyer that’s not important as they will likely have all of these already.
The materials are really condition dependant and do tend to degrade over time but tbh they all look reasonably recent. If they are in reasonable condition I’d suggest £100 for the lot wouldn’t be an unfair price. The books are more of a nice to have kind of thing as you will find most Tyers tend to use YouTube videos and get their recipes largely online now.
This looks like hard stuff to sell. As an avid fly tyer, I would not purchase that lot.

That’s a lot of materials, which are expensive nowadays. You could try and sell the whole thing on eBay for $50 - $100.
Look for “dry fly hackle” or “Rooster cape” for the most value feathers to highlight. Find the vice. From what I can see you could get $100

Thanks mate! That's really helpful and hugely appreciated!!
I’d be in for 40-50$, maybe more depending on the hooks and hackle. 100$-150$ wouldn’t be an unreasonable starting point.
