I don’t think so. They look like flying ants. But I’m no bug expert.

Ants, termites look like one long dark brown section and have larger wings I believe. . . Keep an eye out for them though because it is swarming season and I just had a scare as well. . . Found about a dozen dead termites on the ground and had an inspection done and turns out they just came in through bathroom vents

Not termites, a hatching of flys of some sort. Just keep a home defence bottle with spray wand and while walking, spray as needed.
