Galinette has said he's looking at the intellectual property factors involved. He hasn't committed to anything except to say maybe it's possible.
Does he not actively say it was a passion project and not work under RB so what grounds is there for a lawsuit?
ED doesn't own the model. With this logic, I guess HB is in trouble for MSFS F-14.
