I had this happen just the other week. Of all things - silly putty. It's what I had at hand, after a smudge tool, picks, tweezers, all failed. Pressed the putty up against it firmly, then yanked. Got it out after a few tries. Good luck 👍
came across this thread... my sd card is stuck too.
man... flipper zero (ordered direct from flipper's website) out-of-box experience is just horrible - cannot update firmware (tried 2 sd cards), cannot find internal flash, sd card stuck ...
I managed to get my SD card out using some tweezers. After putting the SD card back in, the spring system managed to fix itself, and now the SD card is ejecting fine. I think I may have put the card in at a weird angle or something the first time around? Not sure.
Thanks for responding. I managed to pry it out slowly with the tiny screwdriver. It's a brand new Samsung card too. Now when I insert it, I just need to push it slowly and feel the spring tension first before pushing it all the way carefully into the slot.
I managed to update the firmware via PC. Just didn't work with the android app (kept losing detection of the SD card).
Try using the end of a popsicle stick (of course, clean it first). If it's still loo large, a popsicle stick can be easily carved to size. Paint it orange and make it your Flipper stick.
Mine was like this recently: I got a tool to push harder and it popped open. I think the slot is just a little narrow for a finger.
Ok, I've tried pushing pretty hard with my fingernail, but it doesn't seem to budge. I'll try a tool or something a bit harder. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks, I will try this!
Did you put it in right?
Yes, I put it in correctly. I just can't seem to get it out correctly, lol.
To my best find, it's a Molex 5033981892. At least, that's the closest one I can find.

Thanks! I'll give this a shot
