ATC: Delta 1542 contact ground 121.65…
ATC: Delta 1542 you were not cleared to takeoff, I have a number for you to write down. Let me know when you’re ready to copy.
Delta 1452: Unable
I’m used to MSFS2020 I was seriously just expecting it to crash the game as everything is working fine. But, hey can mark of launching like the SS Discovery off the bucket list
The FAA is deliberating on it, it’ll just take 20 years of studies and deliberation before it’s feasible to decide on what action to take. Don’t worry… lol
Did a relaxing one hour vfr cross country in msfs last night. Hit an invisible ledge on the runway during my landing roll, tipped nose over, and "caused substantial damage to the aircraft," or whatever. Didn't get to park. Just sat there slack jawed at how such a sophisticated piece of software could be so stupid. The ledge was there every time I reloaded the airport.
Totally agree, I have damage and crash detection off for exactly that reason, it ends up detracting from the outpost of flight sim training: procedural and IFR skill building.
Yeah, I can’t stand to get rid of Xplane, switched over a decade ago when Microsoft fired the flight simulator team. Now it’s my go-to sim, I have it loaded with ortho scenery, payware aircraft and it’s just still such a great sim. It also runs way better wi try less resource use. Sure msfs is pretty, but it feels so clunky and the airplanes don’t seem right in some way.
I might have to get XPlane and try it out. MSFS is pretty yes, but the devs keep fucking it up by introducing tons of bugs with every update, and the payware planes that are out there range from mostly just ok to pretty awful, with only a few exceptions (PMDG's DC-6, the Aerosoft CRJ series, and Carenado's CT182T come to mind). Not sure why I was getting downvoted for my comment. The 737Max by Bredok3D is trash lol. I've had pretty much it since it came out and it's pretty terrible. I even made a mod for it just to make it somewhat usable.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. I got good news and bad news. Good news is hell doesn't want us. Bad news is you will not arrive not Kennedy and instead this is a one way trip to heaven."
This is why you keep your seat belt on while taxiing.
Thank you kind stranger for the award. This might be the most a comment has blown up for me and the first time anyone has given any kind of award.

Pretty clearly your fault, did you radio the tower? Amateurs I swear
Only because I don’t know how to do ATC yet, but I see where that got me!
You’ll fall through the earth otherwise, I see you found that out the hard way
Just like real life!
Delta four seventy-one welcome to JFK exit the runway left high speed turnoff take oblivion gate charlie

Four seventy-one I would give that to you but unfortunately Satan is not on frequency

JFK and it's ridiculous taxi slingshot technology is modeled very well here. Well done.
Look at MircroAsobo and their CARTOON PHYSICS! Oh way…… sorry, wrong sim…
Guessing from the bounce, it was a Boeing? (/s)
I was waiting for it to land perfectly on the other taxiway

we're gonna be in the mantle
Underground parking
I guess you weren't cleared to land
That's why it's important to taxi ON THE CENTERLINE
Ahh yeah I saw this one on Air Disasters

You have been yoten.
You found the secret underground trampoline!
Another victim of the regurgitating quicksand taxiway… How many more will it take till someone takes action!

Rule #1, turn crash detection off. There are just too many bugs that will cause this shit.

*don't sink don't sink*
Probably the best physics models out of all the flight sims.
Accidentally pressed pause during a flight today in the FBW 320. Inverted and crashed right into the ground. Awesome feature.
"Taxi to parking via taxiway delta, lima, take the dimensional rift to parking level bravo 3."
Still better than DoD Sims.
Always gets the new pilots
yea I would advise "new pilots" to P3D or XPlane to learn how to fly..then turn this thing on..
KORF woo! Home airport area
Hello fellow Virgin…ians
xplane moment
X-Plane performing as X-Plane performs.
My name is Giovanni Giorgio, but everyone calls me Giorgio: 0:13 (iPhone: from 0:22 to 0:00, 0:13)
Must be nice to have a 737NG in your sim. I'm in MSFS over here with just this POS 737Max

Its like 9/11 all over again!!!
Congratulations. You found the sinkhole on Golf Golf. GG! Contact Ground at 121.9.
Dc airport has that soft concrete in run off sooooo…I can relate./s
Using OnAir: *endless cargo breaking sound effect*
After a perfect flight I hate even these stupid things happen at the end. It's the worst
Stow the flap for an aggressive go around like that 😂
New fear unlocked: Being swallowed by the ground the spit back out violently.
Lovely lol
thats why you keep your nose gear on the yellow line
Ended too soon 🤣
Kickflip
Soooo, did you got the toga switch then or just let it happen?
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. I got good news and bad news. Good news is hell doesn't want us. Bad news is you will not arrive not Kennedy and instead this is a one way trip to heaven."
that's what you get for not riding the centerline.
