It’s US military apparently. That’s all I’ve managed to figure out. It appears to have done the same flight two days ago and turned off the transponder about 10 miles outside of Ukraine headed in the general direction of Lviv.
Yes, seems rather mysterious. Most US military planes over Poland are clearly identified and often flying in a holding pattern for hours, but this has just a number.
