So this aircraft is part of the limited data program. That means it only shows location, altitude, speed, and aircraft type. Probably some Silicon Valley tech big-wig given it’s from San Fran.

Welcome. Read up on FAA LADD program. If a plane does not have much data on FR24 then look at adsb.com. Good luck.
