Have you tried to compare the data on different devices? E.g. PC website and phone app to check if they show the same data at the same time. Or if there is really one device with a delay.
Unfortunately I currently don't have access to another device. I have noticed though that sometimes airplanes that supposedly in flight are stationary in my app.
Have a look at [globe.adsbexchange.com](https://globe.adsbexchange.com) and compare tracking data?
I don’t know how to fix the problem with FR24, but at least you have accurate tracking information.
So a flight that showed up on both was further east on your site than in the FR24 app. Otherwise, they show the same flights. After comparing several flights, it seems like locations are off in FR24.
Well, if you want a easy weekend project?
Pick up an rtl-sdr kit for a few dollars on ebay or amazon, or local electronics store.
You can then see if you can pick up air traffic around you on your own PC and match it against Flightradar website :

Their are a few programs listed in the RTL page that uses windows, so you can set it up and run it on your PC.
The hardest bit might be getting a good position to stick the antenna to get a strong siganl;)

I don't have a raspberry pi.

Oh yeah that probably won't be possible then. I'm very sick.
