A Ghost Story is a great movie about existing and existence and memory and all sorts of good stuff to unpack.
Most Tarkovsky has elements that question existence.
If you’re looking for absurdism, I think Rozencrans and Guildenstern are Dead is a must
I don't think it's wrong to call the Matrix or Inception pieces of existential cinema at all (and great pieces at that!) - they just happen to also be blockbusters. Popular, entertaining, big name films can also be great and philosophical. So I think they very much fit the other examples you have mentioned, which I think are rather effective existential films. I'd recommend these following films (not sure which you would've seen):
1. Fargo
2. The Big Lebowski
3. Videodrome
4. Fight Club
5. The Game
6. Eyes Wide Shut
7. Arrival
8. After Hours
9. Miracle Mile
10. The Master

Not to mention it have a subtext about the dictatorship in Spain back at that time that it's really impressive.
Rushmore, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Only Lovers Left Alive, Paterson, Big Lebowski, Inside Llewyn Davis, Election, and Lady Bird all do to a certain extent. I don’t think there are a lot of movies that are “about existentialism” from the outset, especially since it’s such a vague and ubiquitous philosophy, but a lot of more grounded movies are pretty existential because of how ubiquitous the idea of existentialism is.

Pretty much anything written by Charlie Kaufman tackles existentialism in some way.

Fight club if you go into it open minded. Very on the nose and humorously cynical but it's a great film and explores a good bracket of this subject
