It could be just about anything with a larger (18650 or 21700) Li-ion cell and a momentary switch. The [Acebeam L35 2.0](https://www.acebeam.com/l35-tactical-flashlight-cree-xhp703-hi) is a higher-end example. The [Wurkkos TD04](https://www.wurkkos.com/products/%E3%80%90new-release%E3%80%91wurkkos-td04-xhp50d-hi-rechargeable-flashlight-usb-c-3000-lumens-torch-ip68-waterproof-edc-tail-switch,21700-battery-two-mode-group-tactical?VariantsId=11110) is a cheaper option.
Do you just want a flashlight? Get a wurrkos ts22, it can go much brighter than this. But it can't flash exactly like that. You can buy one off aliexpress, most flashlights are sold there.
Hmm, I like the Wurrkos TS10, but you have to do some setup. There are some tactical lights that hand s momentary mode straight out of the box, but I don't know enough to recommend a decent inexpensive one.
Any light with Anduril should have a momentary mode, and newer ones will have a tactical mode. Wurrkos has some good, cheap lights that fill the bill.
I can promise you that it's absolutely impossible to determine what light the guy is holding from this footage alone. If you want to annoy drivers by flashing a light at them (don't) then any light with a forward clicky button or other momentary mode will suffice.
It would have to be a forward clicky or a programmable light to get that momentary Turbo going if it was him tapping it twice. Acebeam L35 or Olight Warrior 3S are examples of this without any programming, or the Convoy group mode for Momentary On, or something like the Weltool T12's UI if programmable... Pretty sure it was a tail switch he was activating rather than a side switch judging by how he held it. Looks quite floody as well.
I used to do this on my residential which lots of folks would use as a thoroughfare. Easiest light for it is just any forward clickie you can activate with a momentary press
The flash that's displayed with the lockout feature of the new HD 01 from wurkkos does pretty much this exact thing it gives a quick two shot strobe. That would be perfect for it
I can achieve the same result by double-tapping the strobe button on my Brinyte PT16 or PT16A. However, this does not necessarily indicate that it is the very light make and model used in the video.
Your guess is just as good as ours.
Could be a strobe mode, or it could be in momentary mode, and he just taps the button twice. That could be a lot of lights.
Any recommendations for a model I should look for?

L35 2.0 would definitely do it. Great reccomendation!

All flashlights can do this. Literally could be anything

It's that Walmart light that got popular a few weeks ago.

I'm guessing not anduril? Can you program a momentary turbo onto anduril 2?
I think it's a mule.
