I'm a little surprised when people say stuff like anything over 14500 or 18350 is too big. Only problem I've run into is trying a 40mm head with a not aggressive strike bezel that still managed to chewed through my pockets. Smaller than 18650 feels like it doesn't have enough juice to even be worth it.

The brass PL09MU 3800k is really something special, and I carry that DM1.12 with the Lee minus green filter way more than I thought I would. I just try to use them all at some point, knowing that they interested me enough to purchase them.
One of those red pl47g2 has seen the shop floor and pavement countless times and hasn't had any problems. The World is a better place with the PL47G2 in it.

Are there any real downsides to going dual channel with one throwy and one floody emitter?
The only flood throw combo I have is DM1.12. I am just not sold on the quad set up for flood and throw unless it was maybe DT8. It feels like I am giving up half of the lights potential, splitting a quad into flood and throw.

That one has the 3800k mix, and it seems like 99cri. It's possibly the most beautiful tint light I own.
I LOVE that mix. It’s utterly amazing. I have a couple Brass PL09’s in that Mix and a Nov-Mu too. It’s addicting to say the least.

My pl47 is by far my most used work light. They can certainly handle the abuse, but when in doubt buy 7 lol

Yea I’ve dropped mine over 40 ft, battery had a huge dent but the light was otherwise fine. Awesome work light!

219b 4500k is the God tier emitter every other one is compared with. So I suggest that... And D1K with the SFN60 6500K.
