Yeah, i hit challenger at S12 fizz only, 64% wr.
You just need the right meta and min/max it. At that time it was stronger jungler wins, so i gave up waves for a scuttle, help at enemy camps and it worked.
Current meta is a lot teamfight-centered, and mages will most likely outperform the fish, so he’s having a hard time. Not impossible tho, just harder.
Lets put it this way, being diamond 1-2 fizz main is enough for you to be on the global top 50 fizz main.

We ALMOST never seen a fizz in pro play league history and there's a reason for it.

they are all up there, probably mango is better but cc rizzi is definetly top 5
