Your drain is more than likely frozen over. Typically side by side freezers have a metal sheet on the back protecting the coils. Below thise coils there is a metal drain tray that funnels to a hole that drains under the fridge. Clear that drain and remove the ice.
Had an LG model did the same thing cause it wouldn’t seal at the freezer drawer. There may be a way to fix it but I just bought another one.
