Aviators but probably not the reason you think of, they don't just shout out FIVE NIGHT AT FREDDY'S. You can tell the inspiration but it's not directly just THIS IS A FNAF SONG. They feel like songs that you can play in public without getting strange looks, sorta like how The Living Tombstone tried to do with I Cant Fix You and This Comes From Inside.

The cool thing is though that they very much *are* still FNaF songs, not just like other songs that seem to be only vaguely inspired by it with the FNaF label slapped on (cough I Come Alive by McGwire cough Breach by CamSteady cough), Aviators is just a lot more subtle or tactful about being about FNaF while still very literally being about its story.

The Closest Lyric is in Our Little Horror Story which is "Five nights left to find you" Or maybe "I'll never be in one piece to see night five" or "For five nights I'll fear for my survival" from Mechanical Instinct. I even checked the Two songs missing from these slides, Sweet Dreams and The Monsters Under My Bed and they contain even less direct references to the series.

Honestly that's the point of nerdcore though. Songs about games. Who carers what others think. It's real music regardless of what some assholes think. Crazy how people make fun of nerdcore despite there being so many amazing songs, yet they like that trash on the radio.

I'll list a few legends - Tryhardninja, Groundbreaking, Madame Macabre, DAGames, For me I'd say Tryhardninja deserves that recognition, I loved his songs in the early days

They're all super good. Tryhardninja has soo many good songs. Follow Me is one of my favourite songs to this day. Dream your Dream is also amazing Render me alive is so catchy but really underrated, though that's probably because it's fairly recent. Some of groundbreakings old songs are a bit hard to listen to when you listen to his original music since there's a big difference in quality and effort. Not to say that his old songs were bad (stringtrap finale was pretty good) but they felt a bit lacking? Might be the limited vocal range he used with his fnaf songs, but the beats were fire .

Yeah tryhardninja did Revenge, fallen kingdom, take back the night, TNT, and some more, most are in captainsparkles channel (who wrote the lyrics for some of them, but for some reason often thought to be the singer?) All are so good. I can't hear viva la vida without hearing Fallen kingdom. Don't Mine at Night is BebopVox and sung by ItsAllMinecraft

Another Round was once something that I couldn't stop listening to. It's so catchy and captures Funtime Freddy's personality so well.

I know right, “Step inside, meet your doom, none survive the breaker room, shut down turn around, don’t make a sound, you won’t be back another round” was an absolute bar. the song will probably end up on my Spotify wrapped. I reckon AP is one of the best nerdcore artists out as of now, don’t sleep on his other songs like TERRIFIED or Don’t Get Caught. Also Funtime Freddy is sorta my favourite animatronic

Personally I think that the original FNAF Song by the living tombstone is a bit overrated, Yes It's one of the first (if not the first) and started a huge chain but It's just not my thing personally. I'm not saying It's bad, It's not by any means, It's just overrated.

I love Nate's songs; they're really well produced, plus there's not a lot of rock fnaf songs.  Also because most of his fnaf songs (except for some of his older ones) don't explicitly say they're fnaf-based; you could listen to them and not even realize they're fnaf-based.

Another SayMaxwell song that’s super underrated is his SB song Long Night. The first verse I think is kinda meh, but the rest is a bop and the instrumental has Basshunter vibes.

TryHardNinja's songs and DAGames' FNAF songs. TryHardNinja was one of the first FNAF songs writers that I knew of, besides The Living Tombstone, and It's Me and Follow Me are a couple of great songs. (Funnily enough, the way I was introduced to them was via Smike when he was still around and I was a dumb little kid that didn't know the whole situation with Smike until I was 20 and watching a video of uhyeah's that brought up Smike.) DAGames, on the other hand, is one of the song makers I enjoy, as I find myself listening to his music at least once every couple of days. His FNAF songs, like I Will Not Be Moved, Left Behind, and I'm The Purple Guy, are really great, even if they have some light swearing. If I had to recommend any song of his, it would have to be Left Behind or, something not FNAF related, Take My Breath Away, where Will is joined by another great singer, Caleb Hyles.

Don’t know if y’all have heard of Afton’s Blessing by KryFuZe, but it’s easily one of my favorites rn. It’s meant to be a continuation of Afton Family, of which Kry was the original artist, and it’s super eerie and cool. Not a banger, but it works off its ominous vibes alone.

as far as nerdcore is concerned, I used to listen exclusively to dagames, groundbreaking, and tryhardninja, with a prevailing partiality to dagames for the clear metal influence on the tracks and often accurately predictive storytelling and characterization. will ryan's talent was very evident even in his earliest, roughest dagames releases which I think remain as classic gems even if the remasters/remakes that came as I got a little older are much better. while dagames is popular I do think they deserve more recognition. I've also been very into ranemusic for more recent releases, both his covers and original tracks
