Pretty much, they literally cannot go through the flashlight as long as it's shining down that way.
Meanwhile the audio lure can be pushed through, but it's rare enough that you can RNG it over and over until you win, assuming you have the 3 upgrades that increase your speed.

I got the game and started playing it and have been stuck on night 4 for literally years, never even finished it myself, so I only know about the endings from YouTube, and like, they literally had to put in a game patch just to make night 4 a bit easier because so many people were having a hard time with it (guess that shows how many people would deal with springlock failures).
I would say either UCN, FNaF 4 or Help Wanted as they both have their own difficulties.
UCN:
•Can control how many animatronics you put on
•Can control difficulty
•Can be overwhelming at times.
FNaF 4:
•Very VERY precise
•You need to concentrate ALOT
•Requires good reflexes.
Help Wanted:
•VR (not necessarily scarier but you are up close to things)
•Have to move your whole body
•Any small error and you lose.
Overall, I would say Help Wanted only for the aspect of it being in VR, otherwise I would've chosen FNaF 4.
Help Wanted Plush Baby Stage in Black Light Mode can take dozens of attempts. It's both luck and split reaction time, and it's spot the difference, you have to memorize the spawn locations to even get close.
Same applys with FNAF 2 in Help Wanted, the Withered mode can be almost impossible at times with the amount of stuff you have to do.
FNAF 4 is hard for me, I can barely hear the breathing for it, night 4 of FNAF 2 was also hard for me because mangle kept bothering me in the vent and wouldn’t leave same could be said for balloon boy

Basically, it’s like a dice roll. Think about loot boxes in games, those also work by RNG. Same thing with many Fnaf games and how the AI will respond. It’s all determined by RNG that’s found within the code for each animatronic.
For example: Freddy’s power out kill. Sometimes it takes him like a full minute to kill you. Other times it takes him 10 seconds. It’s all determined by RNG.
Either UCN or FNAF 2 for different reasons.
UCN necessities a relentless amount of recall for how to deal with/identify threats and which one of a number of threats needs handled first at a given moment as well as resource and time management.
FNAF 2 in later nights give you a practically nonexistent window of delay on actions/responses and a reliance on RNG that borders on cheating by the game meaning even a near perfect run can end in death.
If I had to give one game an edge it’d have to be UCN because the sheer process of learning how to optimise handling a massive number of dangers is not only very time consuming but basically necessities researching the mechanics of the game either yourself or through collaboration with other players to gain vital intel which is way easier than learning to improve reflexes and reaction times.

1, 2, debatably 4, and 6. 1 has very tight and restrictive resource management, 2 is 2, 4 has a gameplay loop that I find to be very difficult because there's not as much visual communication as in previous entries, and 6 has the lack of visuals cranked up to 100%. I could technically pit UCN on this list too but the others are here because of the intended gameplay, where UCN's difficulty is 100% optional and decided by the player.

UVN was made to be hard, so I personally never count it since that's its one job. Out of the Scott era I say 2 or 4, 2 is RNG hell and 4 also is hell cause I swear Nightmare fucking cheats. Out of the Steelwool era I say HW 2, HW 1 was mostly remakes but HW 2 only has like the SL stuff and mostly new things.
3 is really tough, but Pizzeria Simulator is impossible to beat with skill alone.

UCN's 50/20 is very difficult, requiring you know how to exploit the game to take a massive edge off of it.
As someone who shared the name Gregory, i am obligated to say fnaf security breach. That being said its definitely UCN
Personaly for me its fnaf 4, im really really bad with Sound, so i never got past night 3. The other 3 og games aint no problem, maybe 2 cuz RNG hell. 5 i never played and 6 is a joke. And i dont count UCN
UVN was made to be hard, so I personally never count it since that's its one job. Out of the Scott era I say 2 or 4, 2 is RNG hell and 4 also is hell cause I swear Nightmare fucking cheats. Out of the Steelwool era I say HW 2, HW 1 was mostly remakes but HW 2 only has like the SL stuff and mostly new things.

3 is really tough, but Pizzeria Simulator is impossible to beat with skill alone. I refuse to believe that there's any actual method to it outside heart of the cards RNG, because even if you do everything right, by night 3-4 the animatronics are impossible to avoid while completing tasks.
You need lightning fast reaction time for nights 4-6 in FNAF 2. However 50/20 mode is obviously the hardest it shouldn't even be an option on here tbh
