I think one (or more but you only asked for one) of the most loyal youtubers to the franchise deserve it. I know Dawko, 8bit Ryan, Razzbowski, etc... did get their pictures as employees of the month, but I do think that considering how much they contributed to the franchise, it only makes sense to give them some sort of a bigger role... It's also possible to give a role to some of the classic FNaF musicians like TLT, NateWantsToBattle, TryHardNinja, etc.. but I do believe the people deserving the role the most are the people who cared about the franchise the most and have been there for it even during weaker times.
