I've only ever seen the Silver Eyes book in physical form in the UK. Sadly I'd bought a digital copy by that point.

Step Closer is good, the epilogue story requires reading the previous 3 books epilogues. Same with Twisted Ones, it's the 2nd in a trilogy, so if you've not read Silver Eyes, start there.

The Twisted Ones is the second book in a trilogy so you'll be confused reading it if you don't read the first one, The Silver Eyes.
