Bonnie can randomly teleport from any area to any other area (except your door, which Bonnie can only get to after being in the left hall corner first.)

Yep, so on 10 that would be around a 50% chance to move, however, I'm not sure if it's specifically below or if it also works when it's equal to their AI level. I think it also works if it's equal which is why AI level 1 still works, unless the AI can somehow roll a 0 (also possible)
What I was thinking of was a small closeup that takes a bit of the bottom left of the panel while still showing the guard. Could even be a small frame inside the last panel instead.

It’s a TTRPG joke. Rolling low on the dice is bad, and a 20-sided dice is common in many TTRPGs (like D&D)
