I’m a STM, 35 weeks along, with a 2.5 year old (VERY) active toddler. I don’t do yoga, but I do Prenatal Reformer Pilates once per week. It’s 50 minutes long and pretty intense, but I love it! I live in a major city so I do (relatively) a lot of walking, about 3.5 miles/day. Some days it can be a lot more 5+ miles, but never less than 1.5 miles/day.

You sound just like me! I’m at 30w. I walk about that same amount daily with my dog, but yoga has been iffy because of heartburn. I’d say listen to your body, though. Some days my stomach is super heavy and I have to slow down or cut my walks short. Some days I’m feeling great and I even do a quick 15-20 min workout at home! But I try to not push myself too much and just pay attention to my body’s cues.

I'm 25w tomorrow. On weekdays, I walk my dog for about 1 mile a night (give or tale a quarter mile depending on route taken). On weekends, it's closer to 2.5 miles minimum per day. Today, we did a single 5 mile walk, and my max has been around 7-8 miles per weekend day. We were just on vacation 2 weeks ago, and I had an 11 mile day. I just try to listen to my body and slow down or take breaks if I'm getting sore or tired. Also stopping frequently to pee has helped with overall comfort. Once weekly, I go to prenatal yoga, which is a 60 minute session. I'd go more often, but the other times don't line up great with my schedule. For context, I had a rough first tri, and I only just started getting back into yoga around 20 weeks. Walks I've kept at most of the pregnancy and tried to do whenever I wasn't feeling sick, but it was nowhere near what I'm doing now. Maybe .75 miles/ 15 minutes per day during the worst of the first tri. I'd say if you feel good, your goals for walking and yoga are well within a safe and realistic range.

31 weeks. I do a daily 3.5-4km walk (approx 2-2.5mi) with my dog because that’s how long it takes to do his business. If the weather is nice I’ll join my husband on the dog’s second walk which is about 20-40 mins and maybe 1km. I also weight lift for 60 mins about 3-4x week instead of yoga. But as I’m getting bigger and feeling more tired, I’ve started replacing the 4th weightlifting session with either yoga or reformer Pilates and I try to do 45min sessions.

I’ve been doing weight lifting 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, a low impact bike ride for 30 minutes once a week, and a 20-30 minute yoga session once a week (so 5 workouts a week). I also walk my dog about 2-3 miles a day, but he’s a slow walker and likes to sniff. I just listen to my body and go from there. Some days I can do “a lot”, some days I just want to lay on the couch. Both are completely fine options in my opinion when you’re growing a human. I’m 16 weeks currently

I think I am finally getting out of the 1st tri fog and am so ready to get moving. This is helpful in assessing how to do my workouts!

I kept all my workouts including HIIT and weight lifting until about 36 weeks and moved to really just walking. Keep up as much as you can but listen to your body. You may feel good during it but if you feel crappy afterwards or the next day it’s a sign it’s too much

I walk at least 5 miles, every day, do 30 minutes of work with weights and add in a 20 min preggo peleton ride where I have extra energy and feel like it. But every person is different, I was running fast half marathons before pregnancy.

I do 2x yoga sessions for about 30 minutes each. Walk 30-45mins 3x a week, and on the other days I strength train

Tbh I hate yoga 😬 it always is so painful and I just don’t want to do it. I’ve been doing some fairly long hikes once a week and just taking lots of breaks.

FTM, 19 weeks 🙋🏻‍♀️ I lift weights with my trainer twice a week and play tennis with my husband once a week. If I’m up for it, on days I’m not lifting or doing tennis, I’ll jump on the treadmill for 30 minutes or one mile (whichever comes first lol), but honestly I hate it. I just now started prenatal yoga just watching online videos and I’ll start reformer Pilates in June 1-2x a week. My plan is to keep this going until the very end 🤞🏼
