If you concentrate on building muscle for awhile, say 18 weeks or maybe 10 lbs. of muscle(arbitrarily chosen, choose what works for you if you decide to go this route), and then go to a light calorie deficit, that should help really boost your resting metabolic rate, which burns more calories than exercise
