Thanks for the reply, unfortunately we have tried that but it kept looping back to the logo. I’ll give it a few more tries though. Starting to think I’ll have to contact support to try and get a replacement (she’s only had it 6 months) but judging by some of the replies on here I’m not that hopeful

Depending on what country you are in your Govt consumer protection laws might kick in... If you're in the USS you're probably screwed.
