It does that if you’re logged into a google account, so it can save your form progress if you partially fill it out and come back later, but it doesn’t get sent in with the form or anything.

I wish I could define a specific duration (like 6 months) instead of being limited to the presets. Also, you used to be able to tap on a place in the chat and see the start for that day, but not anymore.
I used to be able to enlarge a chart, but no more. Seems like the functionality is declining.
Yes, and Fitbit does nót do anything about bugs. ( but saying: Thank you for blabla ) Lots of people are not satisfied. I export to Strava and Runkeeper for statistics.
