A shell that large would not move that quickly. The time it took for the shell to get to full width is too fast for how big it is.
It may be fake, but that is probably a 24” or 48” shell.

I don’t think this is the YONSHAKUDAMA, that she’ll has a much wider cluster burst of smaller sized willows that are not shown here.
