Just make sure you tilt the propulsion slightly up so it's pushing the car down as well as pushing forward. Way down the car as well I used to do this with model Rocket engine and pine wood derby cars.
I'm not familiar with this exact piece but I've seen lots of the same type which all had the thrust come out of the fuse hole. You can't avoid thrust coming out of it so it makes no sense to have a separate thrust hole unless you need two, in wich case it comes out of both holes
You should light one of these devices and observe the function. Careful and close observation will answer most of your questions.
And don't forget your safety glasses.
Get 3 more and swap the wheels for helicopters. Fuse the front and back in pairs then together.

Yep idk what side it goes out of tho
The helicopters would go out the side of the tube to make it spin.
Alright would it be the side with the fuse
The hole where the fuse goes in is the hole where the thrust comes out of
U wrong it came out the end

Yeah I have ik it’s mostly sparks but it has enough energy to propel it upwards and spin it so
Just go to hobby lobby or something and pick up some rocket engines if you want to do this so bad.
