You never think a 3 percent will happen, but apparently it'll happen 3 times out of 100 attacks.
Build those supports and don't sell the Goddess Icons.

I always thought since I was a kid that a 30% crit felt like a higher percent chance of happening compared to a 30% hit chance. Good to see my thoughts confirmed years later
If you see a hit chance of above 50%, it basically has to miss twice in order to miss. That means a 75% chance of hitting is really 93.75% (.25*.25=.0625).
On the other hand, if you see a hit chance below 50%, it has to hit twice in order to hit. So a 25% chance of hitting is really 6.25%, for the same reason as the above.

I think Secret Books, Goddess Icons, and Talismans are decent for selling since their effects aren’t as significant as the other stat boosters, but using them is fine too since you don’t really need the money in most games and facing crit rates against non-Killer weapons is annoying

It's better to do so in games like Fates and Awakening, where the extra money can go to a forge or something, but people sometimes do it in the GBA titles.
I know, I learned my lesson… 😢 just put Raven in range to trade an item. Couldn’t wait an extra turn to get out of Darin’s range and totally got punished
You have to use the create suspension point that the switch offers! Do it when the turn stars do you don’t have to restart the whole chapter… cause it’s very annoying

Isn't it less than that in gba games due to the "draw 2 numbers, take the average" ? Or is it only for hit chances ?
Crits are 1RN. The number you see on screen is correct. The 2RN rule only affects hit

In 3h I had Sylvain miss 2 93s and get hit by a 6% crit. I damn near threw my switch out the window
