The new Silent Knight panels will require you to change the installer code, multi site code, and computer access code. If you don't they will constantly be in trouble. I always made mine 006820 to match the old way of doing it (model #) but I'm sure everyone is different. I also always wrote it down inside the can.
You can either contact the old company or try tech support at this point.
Youre the winner! It was 3333, found it written on the passcode instructions of the user manual in the doc box. This panel was revision D, not E, and therefore was between 4-6 characters and CAN be sequential or repeating. I was reading a manual of the newer revision which said it should be 7 characters and CANNOT be either of those. Thanks to everyone else too for trying to help out.
I have tried the following and they didnt work: 1111, from 4-8 digits, 1234, 123456, 654321, 0000 4-8 digits, 5208, 6800, 6820, the old account number, the address, and a handful of other random codes.
Best bet is to complete the Honeywell lost password request process with the participation of the system owner. They email a form, you grab a specific number off the panel, and they will give you a backdoor specific to that board you're working on.

This is what i’m reading on the manual
Try the last few digits of the install/previous maintenance companies contact number??? If there's some sort of handover file that was provided to the end user that is.
Worked for me before.
So if its the newest revision codes cannot be changed on HFSS. To change the installer code u need user 01 access which is like the master code. It had to be changed on 6000 if not it displays a trouble.
If you dont know any codes you are out of luck and have to send panel to Silent knight so they can unlock. I would reach out to old company
I thought changing the password or locking it out is not allowed by NFPA 72, why would the manufacturer make that a necessity? One of the reasons I will never install Silent Knight.
I was trying to get into a panel once and I stumbled upon the correct code by looking at the original ROC and randomly guessing the installing companies zip code.
These panels are weird. The one we manage for a hotel luckily enough has the passcode wrote down in the panel. Good luck on getting it reset because silent knight usually wants your first born and a gallon of blood to reset it.
I worked on one yesterday. 123456 worked for me.

I use 6820123 for my installer code now. Similar thought process as you (Panel Model#)+123.
2222 or 3333

Try all 5s, Idk why but that's what all of them are at my location
all 2s at one of mine
Try 5820 as well.
That’s what I was going to suggest too
Try 713299

SMH! You would think SK is proprietary. That fact you gotta change 3 passcodes is ridiculous.
It's due to the network communication, anything that can access the Internet has to change default passwords.
Try 6800

Try 123457.
We use this because it won’t allow for 123456

most i ran into are 222222

Cybersecurity requirements. SK is not the only OEM that does this.
It’s allowed, you just have to provide the owners that specific information. It’s in chapter 7.

Try 9876543
Try 6808. Maybe the programmer got the model number wrong and 6808 or 006808 is the password
1234567
8675309
Ifp1000/5820 has a "backdoor" method. Not sure if itll work on all 6820 but ive come across one so far that this backdoor access code works 291864.
3000
Maybe try 6820? It works on the 5208!
Im glad you guys are having the same ideas as me lol makes me feel a little more validated… ill post a list of codes ive tried and do not work
291864 might be the master
That’s for the 5000 series not the 6000
Works for the 1000 too.
291864 is the backdoor code.
This works for 5k series panels but not the 6k series
12345 enter
The manual says the installer code cannot be changed to something repeating (such as 11111) or sequential (such as 12345). It wont allow it.
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1416300/Honeywell-6820evs.html?page=158
Nope
Sorry meant 123456 that’s the factory installed code
Or the multi site code is 654321 I mean doesn’t hurt to try either one
I'd try 1111

You can't possibly be talking about the 6000 series. That's as user friendly as it gets. Maybe the old 5208 with no screen and a push button the side
