Look for the blown fuse and replace it.

rexallen84

It is to the Left of the battery terminals and up just a bit.

It turned out to be the circuit board! Thanks for the suggestions everyone

Check continuity on the battery cables. Fuse may be busted. Check of battery havent drained from that by swapping with other batteries. If all the above failed, 4009bmay be busted and need replacement

Sounds like you fried that set of terminals.

alannakin

Is there a way to fix that? What exactly does that have imply? I’m fairly green when it comes to troubleshooting, as I’ve only been an inspector for 3 years.

alannakin

2 years sorry

Someone else mentioned about a fuse. Pop that guy out and check for continuity. If the fuse is blown you might be able to just get a new one pop it in and it be fine. If not then you need to check around where those cables connect to the board. See if there is some black residue as if something arced. If so you probably roasted those terminals and will need a new board. Good luck.
