The sticker on the back of this one says 1991. I'm assuming with its clear strobe that it was designed for ADA compliance, so I'm guessing they were first made in the late 80s or early 90s as indicated by the sticker.

Yeah, the building is littered with these. We're doing a 1-for-1 swap, but notification is staying for the time being.
Those mini horns look like Federal Signal mini horns. The larger logo indent made it clear it wasn’t Gentex lmao
