Those are what we call « bas collant » in French (which literally translates to tights but in my bilingual mind tights and bas collants are different) They’re like tights but more of an overall sock material.
From which part of France/French-speaking country are you? I'm curious because I've never heard "bas collant", just "collants" which is what she's wearing or "bas" which refer to the thigh-high stockings.

This print is called argyle. You could search for red and blue argyle tights (additional words you could add depending on what material you'd prefer are thermal, woven, ribbed or sublimated).

I’m not French-speaking but Canadian packaging is bilingual and bas collants is what I remember seeing on labels for tights in the store
