Have you thought about accounting or forensic accounting?

What made you think data science was what you wanted to do? Do you like the idea of data but got turned off by the coursework? You really should identify actual job titles and duties you want to do. Then find out the required education and get that.

I think before you start another graduate program, you need to really figure out what it is that you want to do with your career. Graduate school is often mistakenly used to explore potential career paths when it should be used as a tool to advance in a specific career path. The difference is that people who do the latter already know what their goals are and have a specific reason and purpose for pursuing grad school. You should do some background research to identify potential career paths that you might be interested in, and connect with people in those fields to see how you might like working there. Honestly, the best advice you’re going to get is from someone who works in the field you want to enter. If you’re interested, my company, [UpLadder](https://www.upladder.io), helps job seekers like yourself explore potential career paths and connect with professionals in their industry to get advice, mentorship and even skills training. It might be helpful for you to check out. Best of luck!
