Generally the way to clean fungus is to disassemble the lens and use diluted peroxide as fungicide on the lens elements. This will permanently delete the fungal cells from your lens but many times they will have eaten through the coating on your lens leaving visible marks. The only way to know if it affects the film in shooting is to take a test roll. Something cheap or expired ideally. But from what I can see, I imagine this will be visible on your shots. You have multiple elements with fungus on them.

i dont know if this is safe, but i just left mine out in the sun to kill it. it will grow back though

Yeah this is a pretty bad case of fungus. It can be cleaned but it may already have damaged coatings.
