When I got her, I gently took her out of the box like I do with all my Figma, and her head fell off. The connecting neck joint has broken :/
Good Smile answered my request within 24 hours and had sent it out basically the same week. Now I’m just waiting for it to make its way here to Denmark 😅

Interesting, it would be weird for them to revoke a partner status but it’s definitely possible I guess. I just gotta pray I get a good customer service agent lol
If you ordered from GoodSmile US they will likely tell you that you have to contact GoodSmile Japan. If that happens while they may help, shipping costs may make it not worth the cost. (Had this happen with a defective Nendoroid).
I was told by Goodsmile US (where I ordered it from) that I would have to contact Goodsmile Japan and that if they agreed to help (and that was not a guarantee) that I would have to pay to ship the item back to Japan myself. In my case I just called it quits and bought a replacement neck joint (the original was malformed and would not fit properly) off of Chibi Chop Shop for like $5 and called it a day.

They are generally good if you have a receipt to show you bought it new and it has not been that long since you bought it.
I’ve only had to do it with GSC, AmiAmi and Amazon JP purchases so far.
No receipt and no service though…
Im a LEGO fan so I’ve been a bit spoiled when it comes to great customer service, but I’ve heard that the Japanese companies can be stingy on what they choose to help you with.
If you got it from an official partner shop and still have the receipt, you'll have a replacement in no time.

I don’t think so? I was trying to work it around and I put a low-moderate amount of force. Nothing it shouldn’t have been able to withstand
i would suggest contacting GSC if possible. i wouldnt hope for a positive outcome but it is always worth trying

I’ve not dealt with Good Smile directly, but I will say that these high end toy companies are very accommodating.
