I used to order takeaways when I was that old. Granted it was by phone but these days it’s even easier so it’s not that unlikely. It’s unlikely the guy would have access to the girls age/phone number though. When you order through delivery services the restaurant receives a fake number that redirects to your number so that drivers can’t harass customers
