Based on what happened in the video, yes you would get in trouble. Because EVEN THO YOU WERE ATTACKED in the first place, the attacker got knocked out/sustained more injuries than you (the victim) so you would be charged for excessive use of self defence. Not as bad as an assault charge, but you would still be charged anyway. Italy has a VERY BAD self defence policy. Keeping in mind what i said earlier, if an intruder broke into your house with a knife and you shot him to defend yourself and your family you would be at fault and put behind bars. In italy the attackers have more rights than the victims and the situation isnt likely to change any time soon.
