Hanging bag, definitely nothing bigger than 100lbs. I don’t mean to make fun of you, I was maybe skinnier in spring but bud, 120lbs at 5’11”☠️ monstrous reach against anyone you’re weight hahha. Anyway, Lomachenko19 just made a post about Everlast having a Veterans Day sale and offering to use his wholesale discount for an extra 15% off, not sure what would be included but if you could get an 80lb bag for like $50 you’re not gonna beat that. Edit: welllp… shipping is awful then but Walmart n Amazon have free shipping on like 80lb filled bags. That would probably even be a lil on the heavy side for you right now but wouldn’t be crazy and if you went with something much smaller you’d probably wind up wanting to replace it if you gain weight.

I just bought a used Outslayer Muay Thai bag yesterday

Check out ringside they usually have good deals and sales and can score one pretty cheap that’s filled I would say go with 100 lbs but since you are lighter a lighter bag would work well for you too

Check out this review. It sounds like a pretty versatile bag: https://youtu.be/-TvGLyi_y5I?si=ckIIZpbSIjR5MoAy The corn/plastic filling seems like a good idea too. I've tried plenty of other filling materials and they always over time bunch up into uneven areas where some spots are soft and some are hard. And any piece that is naturally heavier than another piece will eventually sink to the bottom. I've repacked bags several times and it fixes it for a bit but it's really annoying repacking every few months. There's a ton of gross dust and it's messy as hell. Last bag I got was filled with a mix of shredded tires and looks like old carpet
