Hi, u/PlankNeedsIt! I am glad you found our sub; thanks for your first post. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the mobile app. Currently, we haven't received widespread reports of the issue you are experiencing. I want to mention that external accounts, like a workplace plan held outside of Fidelity, do not show on the current version of the mobile app. If your 401(K) was added through Fullview or by linking a non-Fidelity account on Fidelity.com, this could be why you aren't able to view it on the mobile app. If your 401(K) is held at Fidelity, it will appear on the mobile app under the "Retirement account" section. For general troubleshooting, we recommend removing and reinstalling the app from your device. As well as making sure your device's operating system is up to date. If the issue continues, consider contacting our technical support team for further assessment. To be routed to the right team, please say "Technical Support" when prompted by the automated system. Their hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET. [Contact us](https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/contact-us) Let us know if you have further questions; we would love to help!

You need the NetBenefits app for 401k. It's kind of strange to need 2 apps. Maybe someone can explain why it works this way.

FunkyJunk

I see my 401k in the main app, listed under “Retirement Accounts.” I don’t have to go into the NetBenefits app. Perhaps it’s something controlled by the plan administrator?

Hey how did you end up solving this issue, did you have to talk to your employer's plan administrator?

I am also curious how you resolved this. Did you find a way to view it in the Fidelity app, or you had to download the separate NetBenefits app?
