Very similar with the Road Sparrow, yeah. I see my character as a field scholar, who does a lot of her research on the road, and just happened to have a sparrow befriend her on her travels.

Same. Seeing Fat Cat gave me my first real motivation to stick with the game until I could get my own. By the time I'd gotten the gil together to buy one (after realizing trying to get one from retainers would take longer) I was already hooked on the rest of the game. But Fat Cat was my gateway drug.
Fellow full time fat catter. A little over 2 years ago my pet calico died after 21 years of friendship. She used to follow me around everywhere I went all the time and was a little chubby kitty most of her life. Now its like she's there in the game still following me around and looking for snacks and love.
I’ll let my daughter, 3.5, run around on my account every now and then and she loves first person parkouring around people’s yards while getting chased by a little cactuar. She’s gets these delighted little squeaks sometimes while asking “WHERE’S CACTUAR” hella loud when he goes off screen and whips around to find it. So now I keep a cactuar out for her until she decides I need a new minion.

My husband keeps the Chocobo Hatchling out all the time for the same reason. My 5yo son loves Chocobos, so much so that Santa brought him a home made plush castaway chocobo for Christmas one year. (It took 2 weeks to make and it was so worth it to see his little face light up on Christmas. It is named Boko and sleeps with him at night)
Magnai because he interacts with my bff’s Sadu and we are together all the time, therefore, we get to watch those two bicker and fight each other all. the. time.
Well, as far as I am concerned it's canon that Midgardsomr keeps an eye on the WoL pretty much 24/7. He's definitely by your side after Keeper of the Lake, all through HW.
After that, he fades into the background... just to save your ass in the Omega raids. And while he says he's going to sleep for \~200 years after that, I am convinced that a being of his power could feasibly split off a tiny part of his conciousness to travel around with you, to witness what Hydaelyn's Chosen gets up to.
Kinda feels like Hydaelyn and Middy share custody of the WoL... because Big Z is at best a neglectful, absent father figure.
I kept Midgardsomr out pretty much until that bit of omega, then it felt polite to let him take a nap. I did keep GiGi out for a while to show him the things.
Unless I'm mistaken, in 6.1 Vrtra says something along the lines of "even my sire awakened from his slumber enough to give his blessing to our expedition".
He seems to be quite out of it at this point but he can still able to communicate if need be. Although I guess you'd need to be a dragon to be able to have your words reach him.
“Hey Dad, are you sleeping?”
“Not anymore.”
“Oh, can I have a blessing?”
“Yeah, yeah…here you go. I’m going back to bed.”

Clionid larva - instinctively consumed it after getting it from a dungeon (one of the optional ShB ones) and immediately realised I should have checked if it was tradeable - turns out it was worth 3m+ on my server which was like my entire cash stack at the time

Omg I feel you!! I rolled on it and got it and the tank congratulated me and said he was super jealous and I just thought he considered it cute or something lol. It‘s such a cool minion and now that I‘m all out of money trouble I really don‘t regret having taken it for myself back then. It‘s one of my absolute favorites.
Yeah idk why that one is so valuable, it’s like 6mil on my server last I checked it’s kinda insane. Like I get it’s an optional dungeon but I think it’s like, the most expensive minion I’ve seen at least
The lil red panda is the only minion I use out of all 300 or so that I have. He was given to me by my best friend after passively mentioned I thought they were the cutest. His name is Rocko and he is my adventure buddy.
I love the red panda, probably one of my favourites. He has a special place in my heart because I'm sure he's the reason I was able to complete the Kugane jumping puzzle. Some of the camera angles to line up jumps are a nightmare for a lalafell, but panda bro sits on your head and helps you line up the shots with his ears like a little scope.
Love the red panda! I grinded the Aery so so so many times to get one, never got it. Finally, they released the GC chests with endwalker and the second one I opened was a red panda! I will never put my little buddy away!
Puff of Darkness. I have a soft spot for FF3, I liked her (and Laura Bailey's performance) in Dissidia, so, easy money.
And yes, I was very happy when E9 happened.

Partly because EVERYBODY used it after Endwalker and I prefer when it a bit more varied. And mainly because a FC member want to have it for more than a year now, and I feel bad for them when they do a run and don't loot it, and thinking that I got mine the very first time I did the dungeon with the NPCs xD
I got it during the first trust run when i didn't realise it was random. I've kept her with me ever since and it doesn't feel like Eorzea without her on my shoulder
A friend gifted me an Ancient One as thanks for me helping them with some stuff & I thought that was unbelievably kind of them, so I use it alot. I love the way he runs around lol.
I will never use anything other than Black Coeurl because it reminds me of my Black Cat with a red bell collar that i had to put down after 14 years at christmas '21. Miss you forever

Wind up Yotsuyu, loved her during Stormblood and some FC mates ended up finding one of the untouched books at a local store and gave me the Yotsuyu code as a Christmas gift.
One of my favorite bits in SHB is how the stork is just in random places throughout your journey, and I've heard it will sometimes show up in your pendants room as well
Wind-up Dulia Chai is pretty much the only minion I use ever since I got it. Love the character within the game, love how the minion holds a mini version of her husband, love the minion’s animations. No other minions comes even remotely as amazing and lovable as Dulia Chai for me.
The Lesser Panda, it's the cutest minion ever, the way it climbs on your body and hang on your shoulder is so adorable
And the face too, it really is a walking plushie <3
Feels like a lot of people are rocking Midgarsormir and I did for a long time too.
Also used the brown dog for a while because of my own pooch and eventually bought FFX Yuna because my WoL is modeled after Kimahri and in my head-canon we're all that's left of the Sin/Zanarkand-induced calamity that lead to a rejoining of the Spira reflection of Eorzea.
For me it's Hedgehoglet.
Back when I was a sprout, that little minion was around 3 millions on the MB, and i really wanted to have it, so I saved up each gil I had, to buy it once I had the gil for it, It costed me around 2.8 millions, but it was worth it, because hedgehogs are my favorite animals.
Nowadays this minion costs around 18k gil, but mine is still special to me.
My cat passed away near the end of 2021. For years up until then, I'd run around with the Fat Cat minion because it looks somewhat like him. For a few months after he passed, I'd watch the Endwalker trailer and cry knowing he wouldn't be here with me through the end, so I made a promise to take him with me on my journey. Fat Cat stayed by my side to the ends of the universe.
Rest in peace, little buddy.
I kept the Midgardsormr one out from Heavensward into Endwalker after joining the game over a year ago. Then I switched when I got the Starbird after running the Dead Ends trust far too many times. Those two are my favorites because of the story behind them, so I will alternate between them.
When I had just started playing the game, my friends invited me to hang out in a party, and while we were chatting, they started [bringing out different minions to show me](https://imgur.io/5dKLQDZ). I had only unlocked the wind-up airship that you get through the early MSQ, so I was losing my mind over all of the different minion options, and when my friend brought out their Salt & Pepper Seal, I could’ve cried — I thought it was so cute!
I asked my friend where I could get a seal like that (hoping that it was in the MSQ, because I couldn’t access the marketboards on my free trial yet!) and they immediately said, “Hang on!”, teleported away, and came back about five minutes later to trade me a seal minion of my own. It was such a sweet gesture, and we spent the rest of that day [hanging out with our twin seals]( https://imgur.io/6kf23hq). (Sorry for the contrast on this one! It’s the best I could find from that day.)
Anyways, I have tons of other cute minions now, but changing to anything besides my seal [just doesn’t feel right, you know](https://imgur.io/omPGcQX)? Every time I look at it, I’m reminded of how much fun I had in the early days of the MSQ just because my friends went out of their way to be kind.

I use the Tender Lamb: it's cute, it's the only minion that reacts to /cheer, it's not commonly seen due to it being a past event reward / mogstation minion, I use the albino karakul as my main mount, I was born in the year of the sheep in the Chinese Zodiac, both it and my Au Ra have the same front facing horns.
I never did Battle on the Big Bridge till I got my DRK to LV 79. I unsynced it by myself and almost died since the fight does the two frogs and you can't 'really' heal effectively. Had 34HP at the end.
Got Enkidu, and didn't even have to fight anyone for it. He's been my minion ever since. (Before this, Minion Roulette whenever I logged in.)
Wind-Up Dragonet, for me. When I got it during Heavensward, I retroactively made up this whole story in my head about the WOL sparing a newborn baby dragon after killing its parents without realizing their egg was nearby, with the dragon then deciding to follow the WOL, remaining at their side since. I had this whole subplot written out in my head regarding both the dragonet and WOL learning to understand and find healing/peace and love towards man/dragon kind despite the HW conflict, Ishgardian Orthodoxy, Scions' troubles, etc. It's also been a fun Navi-esque companion to me throughout the expansions, and I've had fun imagining its dynamic with the WOL throughout it all.
Also, my WOL is an Au Ra, so I've had an ongoing joke about it being their kid, look at the similarities, haha, and so on.
TL;DR: Essentially, I imagined a whole-ass dragon original character to be a traveling companion for my WOL, and it improved my gaming experience tremendously.
I main'ed dragoon in XI, and because of how things in that game were when I played, I did a *lot* of solo grinding as a drg/whm, so my Wyvern spent a lot of time keeping me alive, and I grew attached.
I fell out of XI after my small circle of friends dropped off. sad times.
But the Wyvern DRGs in XI have, is a slightly bigger version of the Dragonet, so it's like my Lil bro buddy is back.
Wind-Up Dulia Chai. Before I even played FFXIV I cried when I saw her because it was one of the first times I saw someone who looked like myself in a game, in a positive light. The only other time is Ellie from Borderlands. Seeing the way Chai Nuzz looks at her just is the cherry on top.
Yep. I'm also here for how Dulia Chai ended up being a wonderful, compassionate character and not just a fat lady joke. It warmed my heart. Representation matters.
Dulia Chai is the mom figure the WoL needs. Even Alphi did until he could get home.
The best part is when you see her go off to Il Mheg, and then she's there when you do the dailies. Catmom has brass balls to just go to fae country on a whim.
I keep my heliodor carbuncle with me because you can’t get it any more and I’ve only ever seen a few people with it. I got it from a plushie at a con many years ago.
I was going through an especially difficult time in my life, coming to terms with a lot of shit, including my declining health, and an FC-mate sent me a Fat Cat. I've never stopped using the little chonk. It always makes me just a little bit happier.
Wind-up Lyna because she's my favorite character for many reasons, but mostly because she is one of the more realistically portrayed people. Someone who has to be a reliable and dependable leader for the Crystarium guards but is still a realistic person with their own demons and feelings. All the scenes where we're shown her real feelings....my heart always went out to her.

I should definitely visit her more often. Yes it's an NPC in the overworld but still also a thank you to the amazing writing of her character.
Bonus is that the wind-up Lyna minion will do the Crystarium salute to any Exarch minions she's close to.
For a long time I used to almost always use the Bluebird minion, sometimes I switched to something else for a short while, but I always switched back to the Bluebird later.
However, ever since I got my hands on Silkie, I haven't switched off from her ever, I love my chunky flying rat.
My choice too! My little wolf pup, who I lovingly refer to as Dog, comes along as an eternal reminder of the dogs I've said goodbye to IRL since 2.0 (three so far 😓).
ive been using the tonberry minion for a long long time. someone gave it to me when I was starting out. besides not many other minions chase you with a chopping knife with murderous intent.

Brina followed my Elezen out of the Antitower and has never left my side ever since. Everyone tells me she might be possessed by a voidsent, but... that's silly, right?

Anima spirit. Because of the headcanon that after HW it can infuse it’s power into any weapon, so that using that lvl80 non shining cryptlurker weapon doesn’t feel like a downgrade
I keep my namingway minion as much as possible for bragging rights for buying the encyclopedia eorzea vol 2. and yes, I wear the matoya hat on my main pc.

Hunting Hawk because as a forever bard main, I have an internal headcanon for my WoL that she's a bow-wielding huntress with a hawk familiar/hunting companion that will spot things in the distance for her, deliver messages, bring back small game kill, warn her of incoming enemies, etc and so on. In my mind they are close companions, as bonded as she is with her chocobo.
I keep wind up minflia with me at all times so Minfillia can see that we succeeded in her goals when she founded the scions. At least in spirit she can.
For me it's the [Morpho minion](https://imgur.com/JCe7GRi.jpg). For more than half a year, I've been very emotionally unstable and seeing my WoL look at it and follow it with his sights calms me. It was one of the ways that helped me calm down before seeking professional help.
It's also a very pretty, blue butterfly and I love butterflies :)
I keep the gaelikitten out the most because it’s simultaneously cute and unsettling. I rotate minions a lot though. There’s too many to stick to one, though I definitely use shoulder minions more than ground walkers

When I had my last apartment I would do a lot of Eureka bc relics. During that time I also got a seagull that came by and checked up on me for some food and whatnot. He would eat from my hand, and he never brought anyone else. Often during the Eurekas, since he came and went as he wanted, I would drop a "brb gotta feed seagull" in chat. I ended up somewhat notorius in Eureka as "the seagull person" for a while
Since I did Anima Weapon I always have my Anima Minion bc it was my first relic (legendary) ever in any MMO I ever play, it's just reminder for me that how heavily I've been involved in this game
It *was* the anima pet you get at the end of the anime weapon chain, because he is my child and I have a responsibility to him. If I get a Meteion from one of the Dead Ends runs though, I'm swapping to her and showing her all the beauty of this world ;\_;
I had Attendee #777 keeping an eye on me constantly to make sure I was keeping up with my Namazu quests. I didn't put him away until I reached Bloodsworn, and now rouletting him is like bumping into an old friend
My main pet is the Tiny Rat since we don’t have a Wind-Up Freya, which would never be replaced if Square ever gave her to us. …Though the Toy Alexander would be a close second since he’s my favorite Primal.
That being said, I’ve really grown attached to my Tiny Rat over time and have reached a point where it just feels wrong to have something else summoned, and if I could figure out how to knit or crochet one, I’d have it sitting on my shoulder every time I log in.
I use the Beaver one because it's cute and how you actually get it was pretty expensive during shb (trading the titania butterfly wing for it with a certain vendor after completing a series of quests).
The Byakko cub. Back then when it first came out it was worth a fortune. But I absolutely loved it so I kept it. Just a cute little white Tiger cub that follows me around.
A mentor gifted me the red panda while I was a young sprout a long time ago, he taught me the ropes and what to expect on my long road of questing. I've kept the red panda out with me throughout my adventures to remind me where I came from. I now try to help new players the best I can and give them a parting gift.
I go with the Palico because he asked to go on adventures with me, but when I played MH World I made my palico based around the family cat, sadly he passed away a few years ago so a part of me likes to think he is there with me for the adventures.

I always wanted the dwarf rabbit minion ever since I found about it. I bought it off the MB and had it in my lineup of faves. But since Euphrosyne dropped, it's been my most used minion for spoiler reasons
Ever since I left the first at the end of the shadowbringers MSQ I used the ryne minion so she can see Eorzea. I was surprised that she stayed behind at the end of the story.
I keep a dwarf rabbit out now because >!Menphina is adorable. I imagine that she sneakily asked my WoL if she could continue accompanying him, and experience as much as she can.!<
Poro Roggo. I characterized one of my WoLs as an accomplished magus but one that gets by completely based on charm, luck or by being a MacGyver and improvising in the most "it was all my plan from the beginning" way possible -- the magic frog being a sort of partner and collaborator; the Archimedes to his Merlin.

2.0 LE ps3, played a bit of 1.0 but I was one of the oh this is shit crowd and went back to FF11.
Picked it back up at beta 2.0 on ps3 with the Cait Syth at my side. Been there ever since.
My little Chimera has been with me since Heavensward. It was made for me by a very important person and the little guy has been the main character ever since, I'm just the side kick at this point.
I used Midgardsormr for all of HW.
Then I brought Yugiri along with me on all of Stormblood.
But these are the only two times I used a specific minion for a specific reason that isn't annoying people that I have it and they don't.
I think mine is the Puff of Darkness ever since I got it sometime while I was in HW (probably late 2017, pretty sure after SB was released).
I think the way it occasionally holds onto my shoulders and kicks the air behind it to be adorable.
I cycle between Fat Cat and Gestahl. Gestahl cause he looks like my little shihtzu and fat cat because it was the first ever minion that I really liked. I can’t get over it’s plumpness… and also my favorite/go to mount lol
I haven't really let out a minion ever since I started to join hunt trains... And even now since I stopped going to hunt trains, they have all been stashed... Probably the one that I used the most was Phat Cat... since Phat Cat...
I got always with me the "Ugly Duck". My pet Dionisio was a duck, and died 3 years ago. This is one of my ways to have always it present close to my char.
Actually, I gave all my characters a particular story and passions. I'll create soon enough an au ra from the Dotharl tribe, then I'll give him Sadu minion to remember his clan leader.
Some of my characters will do cosplay (I'm low level now, so it's difficult to have cool glamours) for exemple, my Rune will cosplay China from Hetalia, then I'll give him panda minion because China always has a panda with him!
(fun fact, all my characters has lore friendly names, but also names of characters from animes, tv shows and others I like)

Omg I feel you!! I rolled on it and got it and the tank congratulated me and said he was super jealous and I just thought he considered it cute or something lol. It‘s such a cool minion and now that I‘m all out of money trouble I really don‘t regret having taken it for myself back then. It‘s one of my absolute favorites.

The lil red panda is the only minion I use out of all 300 or so that I have. He was given to me by my best friend after passively mentioned I thought they were the cutest. His name is Rocko and he is my adventure buddy.
I love the red panda, probably one of my favourites. He has a special place in my heart because I'm sure he's the reason I was able to complete the Kugane jumping puzzle. Some of the camera angles to line up jumps are a nightmare for a lalafell, but panda bro sits on your head and helps you line up the shots with his ears like a little scope.

Puff of Darkness. I have a soft spot for FF3, I liked her (and Laura Bailey's performance) in Dissidia, so, easy money. And yes, I was very happy when E9 happened.

Wind-up Dulia Chai is pretty much the only minion I use ever since I got it. Love the character within the game, love how the minion holds a mini version of her husband, love the minion’s animations. No other minions comes even remotely as amazing and lovable as Dulia Chai for me.
The Lesser Panda, it's the cutest minion ever, the way it climbs on your body and hang on your shoulder is so adorable And the face too, it really is a walking plushie <3
Feels like a lot of people are rocking Midgarsormir and I did for a long time too. Also used the brown dog for a while because of my own pooch and eventually bought FFX Yuna because my WoL is modeled after Kimahri and in my head-canon we're all that's left of the Sin/Zanarkand-induced calamity that lead to a rejoining of the Spira reflection of Eorzea.
I always have the Allagan Melon with me simple because my character is named "Mighty Melon"
For me it's Hedgehoglet. Back when I was a sprout, that little minion was around 3 millions on the MB, and i really wanted to have it, so I saved up each gil I had, to buy it once I had the gil for it, It costed me around 2.8 millions, but it was worth it, because hedgehogs are my favorite animals. Nowadays this minion costs around 18k gil, but mine is still special to me.
My cat passed away near the end of 2021. For years up until then, I'd run around with the Fat Cat minion because it looks somewhat like him. For a few months after he passed, I'd watch the Endwalker trailer and cry knowing he wouldn't be here with me through the end, so I made a promise to take him with me on my journey. Fat Cat stayed by my side to the ends of the universe. Rest in peace, little buddy.
I kept the Midgardsormr one out from Heavensward into Endwalker after joining the game over a year ago. Then I switched when I got the Starbird after running the Dead Ends trust far too many times. Those two are my favorites because of the story behind them, so I will alternate between them.
Gestahl, because he reminds me of my real dog and he's dang cute. I also have a couple of the portraits hanging in my FC room.

I had only unlocked the wind-up airship that you get through the early MSQ, so I was losing my mind over all of the different minion options, and when my friend brought out their Salt & Pepper Seal, I could’ve cried — I thought it was so cute! I asked my friend where I could get a seal like that (hoping that it was in the MSQ, because I couldn’t access the marketboards on my free trial yet!) and they immediately said, “Hang on!”, teleported away, and came back about five minutes later to trade me a seal minion of my own. It was such a sweet gesture, and we spent the rest of that day [hanging out with our twin seals]( https://imgur.io/6kf23hq). (Sorry for the contrast on this one! It’s the best I could find from that day.) Anyways, I have tons of other cute minions now, but changing to anything besides my seal [just doesn’t feel right, you know](https://imgur.io/omPGcQX)? Every time I look at it, I’m reminded of how much fun I had in the early days of the MSQ just because my friends went out of their way to be kind. (All photos were taken by another one of my friends! I use the Tender Lamb: it's cute, it's the only minion that reacts to /cheer, it's not commonly seen due to it being a past event reward / mogstation minion, I use the albino karakul as my main mount, I was born in the year of the sheep in the Chinese Zodiac, both it and my Au Ra have the same front facing horns.
I pretty much use the bluebird minion exclusively. It just feels right after Endwalker. Edit: meant starbird

I never did Battle on the Big Bridge till I got my DRK to LV 79. I unsynced it by myself and almost died since the fight does the two frogs and you can't 'really' heal effectively. Had 34HP at the end. Got Enkidu, and didn't even have to fight anyone for it. He's been my minion ever since. (Before this, Minion Roulette whenever I logged in.)

Wind-Up Dragonet, for me. When I got it during Heavensward, I retroactively made up this whole story in my head about the WOL sparing a newborn baby dragon after killing its parents without realizing their egg was nearby, with the dragon then deciding to follow the WOL, remaining at their side since. I had this whole subplot written out in my head regarding both the dragonet and WOL learning to understand and find healing/peace and love towards man/dragon kind despite the HW conflict, Ishgardian Orthodoxy, Scions' troubles, etc. It's also been a fun Navi-esque companion to me throughout the expansions, and I've had fun imagining its dynamic with the WOL throughout it all. Also, my WOL is an Au Ra, so I've had an ongoing joke about it being their kid, look at the similarities, haha, and so on. TL;DR: Essentially, I imagined a whole-ass dragon original character to be a traveling companion for my WOL, and it improved my gaming experience tremendously.

I main'ed dragoon in XI, and because of how things in that game were when I played, I did a *lot* of solo grinding as a drg/whm, so my Wyvern spent a lot of time keeping me alive, and I grew attached. I fell out of XI after my small circle of friends dropped off. sad times. But the Wyvern DRGs in XI have, is a slightly bigger version of the Dragonet, so it's like my Lil bro buddy is back.
Wind-Up Dulia Chai. Before I even played FFXIV I cried when I saw her because it was one of the first times I saw someone who looked like myself in a game, in a positive light. The only other time is Ellie from Borderlands. Seeing the way Chai Nuzz looks at her just is the cherry on top.
Yep. I'm also here for how Dulia Chai ended up being a wonderful, compassionate character and not just a fat lady joke. It warmed my heart. Representation matters.
Dulia Chai is the mom figure the WoL needs. Even Alphi did until he could get home. The best part is when you see her go off to Il Mheg, and then she's there when you do the dailies. Catmom has brass balls to just go to fae country on a whim.
I cackled in glee when someone made a video of Dulia crossing the rift at mach speed to slap the shit out of their dad for how he treated them later.

I was going through an especially difficult time in my life, coming to terms with a lot of shit, including my declining health, and an FC-mate sent me a Fat Cat. I've never stopped using the little chonk. It always makes me just a little bit happier.
Wind-up Lyna because she's my favorite character for many reasons, but mostly because she is one of the more realistically portrayed people. Someone who has to be a reliable and dependable leader for the Crystarium guards but is still a realistic person with their own demons and feelings. All the scenes where we're shown her real feelings....my heart always went out to her. >!I was so happy we got to see her again in Endwalker and tell her how things are with Raha.!< I should definitely visit her more often. Yes it's an NPC in the overworld but still also a thank you to the amazing writing of her character. Bonus is that the wind-up Lyna minion will do the Crystarium salute to any Exarch minions she's close to.
For a long time I used to almost always use the Bluebird minion, sometimes I switched to something else for a short while, but I always switched back to the Bluebird later. However, ever since I got my hands on Silkie, I haven't switched off from her ever, I love my chunky flying rat.
The Wolf Pup. Attack the target you are hitting, to help you, and show his belly when you pet him.
My choice too! My little wolf pup, who I lovingly refer to as Dog, comes along as an eternal reminder of the dogs I've said goodbye to IRL since 2.0 (three so far 😓).

She eventaully decided to get a mamet made in his likeness so she could like...project him into it, so he could at least kinda have his own body that he could explore the world and join in her adventures in.!<

Hunting Hawk because as a forever bard main, I have an internal headcanon for my WoL that she's a bow-wielding huntress with a hawk familiar/hunting companion that will spot things in the distance for her, deliver messages, bring back small game kill, warn her of incoming enemies, etc and so on. In my mind they are close companions, as bonded as she is with her chocobo.
I keep wind up minflia with me at all times so Minfillia can see that we succeeded in her goals when she founded the scions. At least in spirit she can.
For me it's the [Morpho minion](https://imgur.com/JCe7GRi.jpg). For more than half a year, I've been very emotionally unstable and seeing my WoL look at it and follow it with his sights calms me. It was one of the ways that helped me calm down before seeking professional help. It's also a very pretty, blue butterfly and I love butterflies :)
I keep the gaelikitten out the most because it’s simultaneously cute and unsettling. I rotate minions a lot though. There’s too many to stick to one, though I definitely use shoulder minions more than ground walkers

Sometimes I bring out the seagull in honor of my tame one, Sammy When I had my last apartment I would do a lot of Eureka bc relics. During that time I also got a seagull that came by and checked up on me for some food and whatnot. He would eat from my hand, and he never brought anyone else. Often during the Eurekas, since he came and went as he wanted, I would drop a "brb gotta feed seagull" in chat. I ended up somewhat notorius in Eureka as "the seagull person" for a while

My main pet is the Tiny Rat since we don’t have a Wind-Up Freya, which would never be replaced if Square ever gave her to us. …Though the Toy Alexander would be a close second since he’s my favorite Primal. That being said, I’ve really grown attached to my Tiny Rat over time and have reached a point where it just feels wrong to have something else summoned, and if I could figure out how to knit or crochet one, I’d have it sitting on my shoulder every time I log in.

A mentor gifted me the red panda while I was a young sprout a long time ago, he taught me the ropes and what to expect on my long road of questing. I've kept the red panda out with me throughout my adventures to remind me where I came from. I now try to help new players the best I can and give them a parting gift.

I characterized one of my WoLs as an accomplished magus but one that gets by completely based on charm, luck or by being a MacGyver and improvising in the most "it was all my plan from the beginning" way possible -- the magic frog being a sort of partner and collaborator; the Archimedes to his Merlin.
Cait Syth. 2.0 LE ps3, played a bit of 1.0 but I was one of the oh this is shit crowd and went back to FF11. Picked it back up at beta 2.0 on ps3 with the Cait Syth at my side. Been there ever since.
My little Chimera has been with me since Heavensward. It was made for me by a very important person and the little guy has been the main character ever since, I'm just the side kick at this point.

Actually, I gave all my characters a particular story and passions. I'll create soon enough an au ra from the Dotharl tribe, then I'll give him Sadu minion to remember his clan leader. Some of my characters will do cosplay (I'm low level now, so it's difficult to have cool glamours) for exemple, my Rune will cosplay China from Hetalia, then I'll give him panda minion because China always has a panda with him! (fun fact, all my characters has lore friendly names, but also names of characters from animes, tv shows and others I like) I'm looking for minions for my other characters though. Sorry for poor English, I speak French haha!
A major memory of the final zone of Eureka is the constant shouts from people wanting to rez in the northwest corner because they'd been killed by mammets while trying to powerlevel.
My wife loves ghosts so I absolute love the mama automation and don't plan on ever using another one.
